English Founded more than a decade ago, SYSTEEL is today recognized as a benchmark in the areas in which operates, with a growth that has been based on two main pillars, Quality and Credibility. Investing in project and design areas with solid and capable knowledge, Systeel presents a multidisciplinary team of young and motivated technicians to meet the professional demands of the market. In 2009, with a new and prepared industrial installations and the investment in the strengthening of the R & D department (Research & Development), several case studies are been researched, the company directs itself at the design of new concepts of construction, including steel structures that are specific and innovating.

“Redirecionar a estratégia para crescer!” Esta foi a premissa utilizada para redirecionar a nossa orientação de mercado e assim redescobrir novos nichos onde somos hoje uma verdadeira referência. Esta reorganização permitiu-nos aumentar significativamente, de forma sustentada, o nosso volume de negócios, e por essa via encarar o futuro com a convicção de que podendo, eventualmente, não ser os melhores, somos dotados de meios e conhecimentos que nos permitem desenvolver os melhores produtos.

Tornámo-nos especialistas na construção de aviários, pavilhões e todo o tipo de estruturas metálicas. Porque sabemos da importância da inovação, dotamo-nos de um gabinete especializado em Investigação e Desenvolvimento de Projetos e porque entendemos que devemos defender o sentido de responsabilidade social, decidimos criar uma nova marca, a SysGreen, que se revê nos valores da proteção ambiental, sustentabilidade e rentabilidade.

A acompanhar este crescimento, dotámo-nos de novas infraestruturas, localizadas na Zona Industrial de São Cosmado – Mangualde, Viseu, que nos permitem fazer face a projetos nacionais e internacionais de grande envergadura.

This reorganization has allowed us to significantly increase steadily, our turnover, and in this way to face the future with conviction that may possibly not be the best, we are endowed with resources and expertise that enable us to develop best products.

We have become experts in building poultry houses, pavilions and all types of steel structures. Because we know the importance of innovation, we have equipped ourselves an office specializing in Research and Development Projects. And because we understand that we must defend the sense of social responsibility, we decided to create a new brand, SysGreen, which revised the values of environmental protection, sustainability and profitability.

Accompanying this growth, we have equipped ourselves of new infrastructure, located in the Industrial Zone of São Cosmado - Viseu, Viseu, which allow us to cope with national and international projects of large scale.

Vantagens Estruturais É mais LEVE O aço de alta resistência que a SYSTEEL utiliza é a vantagem mais tangível. Até aqui, estes aços tecnológicos eram utilizados em aviões, automóveis e nas indústrias ferroviárias, devido ao seu peso leve e alta resistência. Uma vez comprovado o valor do material e apesar dos altos investimentos necessários a SYSTEEL e a sua equipa técnica empenhou-se em trazer essa tecnologia para as estruturas em aço SYS tendo em conta as suas óbvias vantagens.

É mais Rápido. O Aço laminado a frio galvanizado não precisa de mais nenhum tratamento seja produtivo ou superficial, ao contrário dos tradicionais perfis de aço laminados a quente que passam por todo o processo produtivo, desde a furação, corte e assemblagem e o processo de tratamento superficial desde, a decapagem, primários etc., enquanto o Aço laminado a frio galvanizado utilizado na solução SYS só precisa de perfuração e perfilagem. Isto significa que o material pode ser transportado para o cliente antecipadamente para a montagem. Além disso, a SYSTEEL mantém um stock de peças prefabricadas que estão prontas para transporte e respetiva montagem, e quando isso não for suficiente, a nossa rede de fornecedores está estruturada para responder de imediato.

É mais ECONÓMICO. Devido a utilização de aços de alta resistência o peso mais baixo do produto garante menores custos em termos de produção e expedição. Significa também que maiores quantidades podem ser transportadas com menores custos e menos meios, a solução de kits SYS não só facilitam o transporte mas também a montagem que está estudada para minimizar o erro humano, “There’s only one way” só há uma forma de montagem.

É mais ECOLÓGICO O material não requer nenhuma soldadura ou decapagem por granalha, portanto, mais amiga do ambiente. As estruturas são 100% recicláveis. Além disso, as bobinas de aço são importadas por via marítima, reduzindo o impacto no tráfego. Finalmente, graças ao seu menor peso, as nossas estruturas acabadas são menos prejudiciais ao meio ambiente, quando transportados por via rodoviária.
