Exercise Science: Pre-Athletic Training provides the undergraduate student an excellent foundation for entering a graduate program in the fields of athletic training or exercise science. The degree blends core exercise science courses like biomechanics, physiology of exercise and training room techniques with applied science courses like chemistry and physics for the perfect combination to get you into an accredited grad school.

This program prepares you to take the exam for Certified Personal Trainer or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the American College of Sport Medicine (ACSM) or National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Students with an ACT Math score of 22 or higher may waive this requirement in the Liberal Arts Core.
