Assignment details
Your Top Job Account Profile
You will have a dedicated consultant at Top Job that you can contact regarding any temporary position that we place you in. If for any reason that consultant is not available, a Top Job colleague will do their best to support you.
You will be sent a confirmation of the temporary position details:
Please ensure you check all contact, emergency contact and bank details are up-to-date on your Top Job account profile before starting.

Once you have started your temporary position Timesheets
Absences
Depending on your workplace, your hours worked will be recorded using one of the following timesheet options:
If you cannot make it to work please call 01206 548421 to inform us as soon as possible. This is a 24hr emergency number so can be called at any time.
• Paper Timesheet You will need to complete a standard paper timesheet with your hours for the week, ask a manager to sign it, then email a copy to accounts@topjobrecruitment.com by 10am on Monday of the following week. • QR Code You will be given your personal QR code that you will use to ‘clock in and out’ of shifts. This system will automatically update us with your hours. You must remember to do this, so your pay is always correct and on time.

• Portal Clock In You will be able to ‘clock in’ by logging in to your portal and clocking in from your phone. Please note: QR Code and Portal Clock In timesheet options geolocate the company you are working for.
Please call us as early as possible before your shift starts so that we have plenty of time to advise the client of your absence. Please always call before, not after your shift starts so that alternative staffing arrangements can be made. Please inform us of the reason that you cannot make it to work so we can let the client know. This is important in the case of illness, as different clients will have different policies regarding sickness. If you would like your reason kept confidential please let your consultant know.
Concerns/Safety
Pay
We will do our best to ensure you are happy with your place of work. Should there be a rare occurrence and you come across an issue, please notify your consultant as soon as you can, so we can work together with you to resolve this.
• Your payment day will be Friday on the following week of each shift week. Your pay will be transferred into your bank account at any time between midnight and 5pm, depending on your bank.
For fire safety and health and safety reasons, please ensure you make colleagues aware should you need to leave the work premises during the working day.
• On the very rare occasion you have any queries with your pay please contact our accounts team at accounts@topjobrecruitment.com or call 01206 548421 and ask to speak to a member of our accounts team.
At the end of a temporary employment position lease return any staff passes and P uniform or protective clothing to the employer. If you have worked on any computer systems, please advise them if you have created any passwords.
• Your pay will be subject to the usual deductions e.g. tax and national insurance. There will be no hidden or additional deductions to your pay. • Once you have registered with us you will be given automatic access to your Top Job profile account. Should your bank details change please ensure to update them accordingly on your Top Job profile account. Alternatively, you can email your new bank account details to accounts@topjobrecruitment.com

After a temporary work position has finished How will I know which jobs are available? Our website – is always updated with our latest jobs, so please check it regularly. You can filter your job search by temporary positions if that is what you are interested in. Text and email mailshots – we will send you regular updates with relevant available jobs. We do our best to base these notifications on your chosen industry but some may slip through the net or may not be a 100% match. Please don’t be offended if this happens, you can phone or email us to let us know. Alternatively, you have the option to opt-out of SMS or emails but this will opt you out of all messages from Top Job Recruitment, not just job alerts.

A weekly roundup email – will be sent to you on Sunday with all the latest jobs that have been added to our website that week. Phone call – if we have a job that completely matches your skillset expect an excited call from us!
