Our history Marché Mövenpick is a brand of Marché International – a 100 % subsidiary of Mövenpick Holding, a multinational hospitality group based in Switzerland. PASSIONATE ABOUT FOOD Marché Mövenpick looks for potential corporate franchise partners who intend to own and operate all of their restaurants directly.

• Familiarity with day-to-day retail business operations. Have a resource infrastructure dedicated to the development of our brands and opening schedules • Able to access to adequate capital, with sustainable cash flow for 2-3 year period, in view of development commitment • Possess local market knowledge, networks and expertise preferably in key areas of the hospitality/foodservice business • An understanding of the concept of franchising and prepared for long term commitment • Understanding and knowledge in systems and processes within a hospitality/food service environment would be an asset • Strong passion for the industry and the brand

KEY FRANCHISE TERMS

Area Development Agreement Fee EUR 50ʼ000 per restaurant multiply by the number of restaurants agreed for the specific territory for securing the territory exclusivity rights.

Single Unit Franchise Agreement Fee EUR 50ʼ000 for each restaurant the franchisee builds within the number of units agreed in the Area Development Agreement.

Technical Fee EUR 100ʼ000 per restaurant for the provision of advisory technical assistance (master planning, architectural and landscape designs, interior and layout).

Royalty Fee 6% of Gross Revenue

Marketing Fee 2% of Gross Revenue for the purpose of enhancing strategic marketing initiatives and building the Marché Mövenpick brand name internationally.

Quality Manager A Quality Manager will be seconded to the franchised store to ensure operational excellence and adherence to Marché Mövenpick system and standards. Remuneration of the seconded Quality Manager will be billed to the franchisee.

Trade Area Assessment Marché Mövenpick will appoint an independent third party real estate consultant to conduct a trade area analysis. Cost of the feasibility study shall be co-shared equally between the franchisee and Marché Mövenpick.
