MCP current message About Jordan MCP Job Description MCP requirements Application package Questionnaire Contacts

Dear potential candidate, thank you for opening this booklet. You already took a big step towards what is going to be your experience of a lifetime. It feels very weird to me writing this few lines, it seems yesterday that I applied for this position, and I really cannot regret anything. Being MCP is simply astonishing, it’s about deciding to carry on your shoulders the responsability of leading in the first row this youth leadership movement, owning every small action believing in the difference it can make in the world. And being MCP of AIESEC in Jordan is one of the strongest experiences you could live&lead, being the final responsible of an organization that can really be the ambassador of the change and the evolution that the youth wants to bring to the Country. When you think about our organizational purpose and values, you find out that here in Jordan whatever you’re doing really matters, because it is exactly what Jordan needs now in order to unleash its potential. And it does not matter how hard it can be, how many can be the challenges you find in your path, how many times your goals seem impossible to achieve, because in the end when you make it the satisfaction that you will feel will be something simply way beyond words. So good luck for your election process, embed all the leadership qualities we aim to develop, challenge yourself, step out from your confort zone, get ready to transform your dreams into actions and enjoy the ride you have in front of you. And me and the whole AIESEC in Jordan plenary will be always here to support you. I wish you the best,

Borgo, MCP AIESEC in Jordan 2016/2017
