I. This document establishes the terms of the agreement between Cayetana and Marcos for university collaboration within the context of “Investigation on Models (VII)” from Unit 24 Federico Soriano by Federico Soriano, Eva Gil, Silvia Colmenares and Pedro Urzáiz. II- In consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants and agreements here in contained, the parties, having legal and contractual capacity, enter into this collaboration Agreement, according to the following:

I_information

The parties intend to promote and exploit the following work: _location: “escuela infantil en calle Rodas”. _client: Intemac. _duration: from March 3rd until June 1st.

II_grant of rights

All the parties agree on the right of free explotation of everything produced under prior notice and mutual agreement by ETSAM.

III_work buddies

The third partie of our group will be formed by the unphysical person of both Camila Chamorro and Hugo Sesma. The third partie of their group would be formed by the unphysical person of Marcos Romero and Cayetana Maldonado. As a consequence: _every tuesday at 16:30 there will be a meeting between both groups. _decision making: Camila and Hugo’s point of view will be decisive in our decision-making process. Cayetana’s and Marcos’ point of view will be decisive in their decision-making process. _ On Monday, Camila and Hugo will listen to the corrections made in class and will take notes. Cayetana and Marcos will listen to the corrections made in class and will take notes. Both groups will elaborate a 240 letter or less report that would be posted on Trello in the “Correcciones” folder. This will be key for Tuesdays meeting in which both groups will share their point of view and future changes into our project. _ In case of a disagreement between Marcos and Caie, Hugo and Camila will break the tie. _ In case of a disagreement between Hugo and Camila, Marcos and Caie will break the tie. In the case of not committing to this agreement by skipping two meetings relationship between both groups would end. Changes in this clause can be made, with the agreement and signature of 4 parties.

IV_communication Communication between the members of the group will be in spanish via whatsapp, skype, trello, email and by talking. Honesty, respect and empathy play a key role in the workflow of the group.

V_document formats

All documents will be shared in the following formats: .3ds(Rhino6)/ .jpg/ .png/ .avi/ .gh/ .pdf/ .psd/ .obj/ .indd/

VI_work space

Face-to-face working spaces will be: _ETSAM_ first floor tables, library or fishbowl. _ Caie’s house _ Marcos’ house.

VII_prototype

As a result of the work, we will produce two separate prototypes, with its patents. Both will be introduced in the same architecture project.

VIII_work flow

Face-to-face working schedules will be:

All files will be stored into Trello. The folders will be saved based on the week of its creation. _saving criteria: 20-month-day- file name (ex. 20-03-023d entorno). _pc programs: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhino 6, grasshopper + plugins, Cinema4d.

IX_oral presentation

_Monday is the stipulated day for receiving opinion and critic from teachers and classmates. _Tuesday is the stipulated day for sharing opinion and feedback from the group + Camila and Hugo. _in the case we have not reach an agreement before Monday’s class, we will take a coffee break to organize the presentation at 16:30.

X_common clauses

_There will be two separate prototypes. _the project concept will be Forest Kindergarten. _physical interaction between the toddlers and pavement will be key in our process. _neumatic architecture and structures will be used as projectual tools. _Caie’s filter stays.
