Architectural Assistant Rhinoceros / Grasshopper

· Developed script and subsequently conducted staff seminar for ‘automatic carpark placement and counting’ in Dynamo. · Assessed and drafted floor plans in AutoCAD for a kindergarten to comply with China’s building regulations. · Proposed design options for an office project using physical study models, sections and elevations.

MKPL Architects (4 months)

Architectural Intern · Streamlined the testing and generation of façade patterns using Grasshopper, and their subsequent export to SketchUp. · Proposed over 10 design options in a week for the interior of a student lounge via digital sketching and SketchUp models. · Coordinated with the in-house model-maker to fabricate a competition-ready LED expo pavilion model. · Accelerated the production of colourised plans for a luxury condominium competition from AutoCAD to Photoshop.

CH R OM A T I C O V E R L A Y (2 0 1 8 ) - Ins talla tion This project inverts the typical relationship of using colour to shape space by using space to shape colour. Maxwell renders were used to evaluate the mixing of coloured light against polycarbonate baffles.
