CORPORATE LOGO
Corporate Logo The Cadence Aerospace corporate logo consists of two elements. The first is a distinctive representation of the Cadence Aerospace brand name. The Cadence Aerospace name signifies a group of operational units working together in rhythm and accord to supply sub-assemblies and assemblies to the world’s leading manufacturers of aircraft, aero-equipment, and other defense platforms. The second element is a geometric airplane symbol enclosed in a stylized representation of the Cadence Aerospace “C.” The gradient in the symbol represents smooth, synergistic motion within our industry – both in flight and in the fabrication and delivery of parts we manufacture. The logo is the most straight-forward representation of our brand. It should appear in a prominent location with ample white space on all communications for our company. The logo cannot be replaced by a standard typeface. It should never be rebuilt, re-created or distorted. It must always be reproduced from the original artwork as it was designed.
2
OPERATIONAL UNIT LOGOS
Operational Unit Logos An operational unit logo identifies a business group or specific plant location of Cadence Aerospace. Each operational unit logo consists of the Cadence Aerospace logotype, a geometric airplane symbol, a stylized symbol of the Cadence Aerospace “C,” and a straight rule with the operational unit name below. The operational unit logos follow the same graphic standards as the corporate logo.

Minimum Size
The Cadence Aerospace logos should be displayed in the correct form, as shown below. Always maintain the integrity of the logo. Do not alter the logo in any way by blurring, slanting, stretching or cropping. The logo should be reproduced only from the original electronic file. If enlarged or reduced in size, the relative proportions of each component of the design must remain unchanged. The recommended minimum size for the logo is 1.5 inches wide.

1.5 inches
A D M O P E R AT I O N S
The logotype Cadence Aerospace should always appear justified and stacked with the stylized symbol to the left. It should never appear without the symbol. The height of the symbol is slightly greater than that of the logotype. The airplane is centered along the baseline of the word “Cadence.
A D M O P E R AT I O N S When the operational unit logos are used, a horizontal rule equal to the total width is placed below the corporate logo and the designated operational unit name is centered below the rule.
4
MINIMUM CLEAR SPACE
Minimum Clear Space The more clear space that surrounds the Cadence Aerospace corporate logo and operational unit logos, the better. The ideal space into which type and design elements may not encroach is illustrated below. The logo should not be used in conjunction with any other elements in such a way that these elements could be interpreted as being a part of the logo design. It is not permissible to encircle, or partially encircle the logo with lettering.

Logotype Bank Gothic Bold, Bank Gothic Medium, and Trade Gothic Bold Extended are the typefaces used in the Cadence Aerospace logo and operational unit logos. The company name “Cadence” is set in a modified version of Bank Gothic Bold and “Aerospace” is set in a modified version of Bank Gothic Medium. The operational unit names are set in Trade Gothic Bold Extended and tracked at 200 em. The typography in the logos cannot be rearranged or modified in any way. PRESENTATIONS
Microsoft Office PowerPoint Template For company presentations, ALWAYS utilize the corporate-branded Microsoft Office PowerPoint template to begin designing a presentation. The master template includes 24 slide layouts and a standard color palette. There are 4 variations of title slides and 8 variations of section header slides with various photos for presentations to clients. The aircraft in the photos have been approved and identified for use in commercial (Boeing and Airbus) and defense presentations. The presentation also includes master slides with a company location map and time line. These two slides are standard and may only be edited in the slide master view. All other slides contain placeholder text boxes that may be edited when inserted into a presentation. All slides are formated to automatically display the date and slide number. Questions regarding usage of the MS PowerPoint template should be directed to Judy Stevens, jstevens@cadenceaerospace.com.

WEBSITE
Website – CadenceAerospace.com The Cadence Aerospace website portrays our online brand presence to our customers, the leading manufacturers of aircraft, aero-equipment and other defense platforms. The site provides them with 24/7 access to our business. Our site highlights the strength of our capabilities, displays our core products and structures, and introduces the key leaders in our company, across all operational units, unified under one name. The site design is responsive and adaptable for viewing across a variety of platforms, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. Our online identity should reinforce our brand through the overall look and feel of our site. It is important that the logo is in a prominent location on all pages. The gradient version of the logos must ALWAYS be used when displayed on the website. Bold, industrial aerospace photography that shows our versatility in both commercial and defense sectors of aerospace parts machining/manufacturing should be used across the site as header and sidebar graphics. The company tagline, "The Parts You Want, the Partnership You Need" should be included on the homepage within the cover photo. Typography on the site should be variations of the Trade Gothic font family. In order to represent the PMS Colors of the logo, the RGB or Hexadecimal values must be used (Blue: R0 G26 B113 | HEX #001A71, Grey: R119 G119 B122 | HEX #77777A). Questions regarding the website should be directed to Paul Connors, pconnors@pc-advertising.com.
