This project is an experiment of co-housing or shared housing. It is based on buying or renting a room only with a bed and that is the only private place. The rest of the house you shared with the other inhabitants - kitchen, bathroom, living room. This building is located on a very calm place in Prague. My concept is based on communication between the room-mates in both ways - horizonatlly and vertically. There are six same houses (each with its own entry), for from 12 to 24 people and one common space for users connected between buildings that serve for socializing with the people from the other houses. There is also a gym and multipurpose hall. The site is on the slope. Cant from the highest point and the lower one was 7 metres. That was great to fit in the garages under the ground. I align terrain to create a small square where people can meet together and for a good orientation in the area. That is the most open space here. Then there is a small slope for reducing the gap between the square and small park which is meant for smaller groups of friends who wants to be more separated. On the slope you can rest on the bences. Underneath the slope there is a place for bikes and the entrance into the common building is situated here. Now the house. On the ground floor is designed kitchen, entry, loundry and four bedrooms. On the first floor is bathroom, living room and four more rooms. On the third floor is mainly the studyroom and tre rest of the bedrooms. On each floor is separated toilet. Facade is very glazed from the inner side of the house for comucation and lighting the interier. On the outer side is more closed for privacy. For lining I chose bricks with contrast of concrete. Inspiration for this were the houses in ZlĂn where you can see theis facades on Bata’s houses for workers.

Villa house, Mokropsy, Prague House uses steep terrain, which makes it a wonderful view down to the valley. The concept of the “U� shape is to create a terrace that affords privacy of residents from neighborhood buildings. The ground floor is used for entrance, garage and for technical room. First floor is devided in two halfs. left side is used as night zone with master bedroom and room for children. Right side is based as a day zone with living room and dining room. In the middle is bathroom and kitchen with storage-room From the upper floor with stairs you can performs at the garden, which turns into a green roof. Residents can also use a terace between livingroom and bedrooms. There is a beautiful view of the valley .

Hotel uses its position in the historical center of Prague, where all rooms offer direct view on Tyn Cathedral and Oldtown square . The hotel is a corner building on a narrow plot. So its form is figuratively tower. The vertical division of the facade is a symbol of the historical division of materials, but in a contrasting concept of “plinth” the building is lightened by holes in the surface of the maximum scale and facade is lined with stone- cumbersome. And the roof is toped with a “crown”of corten.

Underground floor
The house is located in steep terrain, facing south, where there are magnificent views of the countryside. In addition, the south orientation has excellent heat gains for the living room in winter. The choice of shape and meterial is based on traditional Czech mountain architecture. Site is a very quiet place undisturbed by transportation and is a street away from the main road. The land is grassed and left as a semi-public space for recreation. You can rent or buy one of those apartments. There is a choice of 60 to 120 square meters and duplex apartment.

Colonoscopy and pharmacy
The building is located in the Čajkovsky Street in Olomouc. It is part of a complex of four buildings kindergarten, elementary school, dining room, office. In the building are currently located two clinics and pharmacy in first floor. The new project is the expansion of the upper deck with other clinics and pharmacy laboratories that he did not meet today’s requirements. Within these modifications involved in the project as well as new solutions of facade. Extension of the staircase and elevator shaft is lined with wood. It is optically separated from the rest of the building, which is lined with compact plates. From the original cumbersome building and unnecessary proportions of angles it becomes the lightweight and materially prettier object for the area.

Apartment Dejvice Studiy of a Prague apartment in Dejvice. The original one-bedroom apartment was remodeled into the multi-room apartment, which suits for families with children. Between the kitchen and the living room is a glass wall for better lighting. The rooms are all facing south, except for one bedroom, which is in the atrium. The apartment is oriented in the courtyard with greenery and a small playground.

Visualization of a bathroom in a house in Olomouc. The original bathroom was lined with pale green tiles and acted coldly and uncomfortable. It was only a space for daily hygiene. Clients want space to relax after a hard day at work. Especially Mrs. wished a bathtub for foam bath. Large mirror improves lighting in attic bathroom and visually enlarges the space. Lighting diode strip then framed the whole area by the cozy ambience. Bathroom

This urban project in České Budějovice was a group project. Our site is on the outskirts of the city near the rural fields and forest. Our conept was to create conection between the nature and city living. Because almost everyone want to live in a small familly house with his own piece of nature in the Czech Republic. And that is why the satelites are born. So our main thought was to create three levels of living which would change from the apartment buildings to the small houses with its own garden. The second great thing we notice in our area is that there is a University of Agriculture withtheir own fields with vegetable products and paddock for breeding animals. We decided to take this as the opportunity for conecting the city with the nature through these atraction. So you can get from the center of the city to the opened nature through the “green belt” where are a lot of atractions you can do. There are playgrounds, animals, small lakes, fields .... Our part of the development encloses the city into the compact unit.
