CABINETS DESIGNED FOR YOUR SPACE & CATERED TO YOUR LIFESTYLE 2

OUR STORY Marfa Cabinets was founded with an ambitious vision: to transform the cabinet industry by offering a brand of custom cabinets that better aligns with today’s fast-paced world. With an eye for high design and ultimate performance, we set out to produce designer kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, weaving warmth, trust and sophistication into the fabric of your home within weeks - not months. Every idea begins with a conversation. Ours was twofold: form and function. The marriage between aesthetics and utility is an art. We believe form should never be sacrificed for function, and vice versa. For decades, Europe has dominated the industry and set the standard for contemporary cabinet design. We recognize the aesthetic appeal of European cabinetry, but the lengthy turnaround is less than favorable. However, understanding efficiency and production - that’s in America’s DNA.
What did we do? We created Marfa Cabinets and reimagined custom cabinetry. Emphasizing both form and function, we united the brilliance of European design and American craftsmanship. Think European quality, American-made. You’ll receive the best of both worlds when you choose our cabinets.
By absorbing Europe’s best practices and design principles, importing their equipment, and sourcing their materials to fabricate our product locally in the U.S., we’re able to supply high-quality cabinets at a fraction of the cost with the hands-on expertise of a manufacturer from concept to completion - without painstakingly long lead times.
We believe that outfitting your home with cabinets should be easy and fun, and you shouldn’t have to wait months to enjoy your space. We live and breathe great design, pouring every ounce of creativity and passion into producing cabinets to animate your lifestyle. We provide unique design solutions, blending styles for a timeless, yet curated look - without ever compromising functionality. We are the industry gold standard, redefining elegance through innovative and thoughtful design.
THIS IS THE FUTURE OF CUSTOM CABINETRY, AND WE ARE THE FIRST OF ITS KIND. 4

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR SPACE Whether you’re planning a new kitchen or bathroom, you must measure, measure, measure! Measurements are the root of all design. You’ll first need to understand the dimensions of your space to plot out cabinetry before you can move to the fun part of selecting materials and colors. Measurements are integral in properly planning and executing any project. The only tools you’ll need are a tape measure, writing utensil, and sheet of lined or graph paper.
Measure Wall Height As far as measurements go, you’re just missing wall height. Using the tape measure, start with one corner and measure the distance from the floor to the ceiling. Repeat this for each corner of the room. This is important as your house may have experienced some settling. On your paper, note any recessed ceilings, fixtures, or any other feature that may affect the height of your wall, cabinet dimensions and counter clearance.
Share Your Measurements From there, we’ll handle the rest! The Marfa Cabinets promise is to bring your vision to life.
Measure the Perimeter Begin by sketching a rough outline of your kitchen or bathroom and jot down the length of each corresponding line as you measure along the perimeter of your space. It is best to start with corners and follow the edge of each adjoining wall from one end to the other, avoiding any appliances, fixtures, or windows that may be in the way. Repeat this until all measurements are recorded on your outline.
Add Structural Details & Appliances After you have gathered the width of each wall, you will need to account for any structural details or appliances that may impact the placement of your cabinetry. Structural details include any doors, windows, and archways. For instance, if there is a window on a wall that your cabinets will likely occupy, measure from the corner of the wall up to the window frame and mark it on your outline accordingly. Then, measure the window itself from edge to edge and make note of that width as well. Repeat the process for any other windows or existing appliances located in the room. Also, don’t forget to indicate vents in addition to electrical outlets and plumbing!

LIFETIME WARRANTY Marfa Cabinets, Inc. (MARFACAB) warrants to the original consumer purchaser that our Marfa Cabinets will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase or as per written agreement. This warranty is extended to the original purchasing consumer only for use of the product within the United States and is not transferrable. No changes or modifications can be made to this warranty except by an officer of Marfa Cabinets, Inc.
WARRANTY COVERAGE Limited 3-Year Warranty on Cabinets to the original purchasing consumer from date of original purchase or as per written agreement that the cabinets will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS This Warranty does not apply to (i) damage caused by improper installation, (ii) other product used or installed in connection with the cabinets including, but not limited to, appliances, countertops, or plumbing fixtures (including the costs to remove and reinstall such other product), (iii) product damage, loss, or theft either after delivery for material only jobs or after installation for installed jobs, or (iv) damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, alteration, improper use, exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures, failure to maintain, acts of God, or normal wear and tear . Naturally occurring wood characteristics including, but not limited to, variations in color, grain pattern, mineral streaks and knots are not considered defects. Color variations may also be affected by age, character of cabinets, and exposure to UV light, sunlight, smoke, household cleaners, and other environmental conditions. As such, new and/or replacement cabinets may not match display samples and/or existing cabinets. Any such variations and changes to Marfa Cabinets products, whether present during production or which develop over time, are not considered quality defects and are not covered by this warranty. Painted finishes have unique characteristics that differ from standard wood finishes. Wood of all species is subject to the humidity and temperature of its environment and may expand or contract due to changes in weather, temperature, or climate. Due to these normal shifts in the environment, painted wood cabinetry may develop hairline cracks, peeling, or separation of seam lines. On select hardwoods and veneers, joints, seams, and some natural characteristics of the wood (including, but not limited to, grain patterns, knots, and mineral streaks) will remain visible through painted finishes. As painted cabinet products age, the finish may mellow or discolor slightly. The degree of change to the original finish color is affected by the products’ exposure to natural and artificial light. These normal variations are not considered quality defects and are not covered by this warranty.

Such repair or replacement is contingent upon the current product offerings within the MARFACAB product line at the time of the warranty claim. If the affected product is no longer available, MARFACAB reserves the right to (i) replace the affected component with a new component of the same style, or (ii) replace the affected component and any other component within the total product to achieve a uniform appearance with a similar and comparable product style and quality as the original product. Due to changes that occur during the wood’s natural aging process, MARFACAB cannot guarantee that replacements will exactly match the finish and appearance of the remaining components in the original product. MARFACAB will not provide or pay for the cost of (i) removal of defective product, (ii) transportation of defective, repaired, or replaced product, or (iii) installation of repaired or replaced product. Repaired or replaced product shall be warranted for a period equal to the remainder of the original Limited Warranty on the original product or for ninety days, whichever is longer.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SETS OUT THE FULL EXTENT OF MARFACAB’S RESPONSIBILITIES, AND THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY REGARDING THE PRODUCTS . ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL MARFACAB BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT OR FOR, WITHOUT LIMITATION, COMMERCIAL LOSS OF ANY SORT; LOSS OF USE, TIME, DATA, REPUTATION, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, PROFITS OR SAVINGS; INCONVENIENCE; INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES AND JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE DISCLAIMER OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All disputes with MARFACAB arising in any way from this Limited Warranty or the sale, condition or performance of the Products shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, and not by a court or jury.
SEVERABILITY If any portion of this Limited Warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such partial illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the enforceability of the remainder of the Limited Warranty.
