Will I continue to serve my Country in my capacity as a member of the Philippine Marine Corps Reserve Force and be a model employee or employer at the same time? 6. Will I not use my being a member of the Philippine Marine Corps Reserve Force to abuse the use of the uniform and take advantage of people or my countrymen. 7. Will I continue to follow lawful orders of my Officers and / or superiors in my reserve unit, and respect my Officers and superiors at all times? 8. Will I place my duty to my Country when my Country needs me above all but second to God? 9. Am I true to myself that I will indeed be a True and committed member of the Philippine Marine Corps Reserve Force? In such turbulent times as these, when we may feel alone and small and unable to make any lasting changes we may find ourselves asking "What can I do that will make a difference?" or "What can one small person like me do?" There is something very special in each and every one of us. We have all been gifted with the ability to make a difference. And if we can become aware of that gift, we gain through the strength of our visions the power to shape the future. In reality we don't have to be rich, talented or even particularly intelligent to make a difference in the life of another. We just need to remember that we ARE here for a purpose and that making small changes in the world eventually add up to something bigger in the life of another. When we become throwers of the stars, we too, have the power to change the world. DUTY TO OTHER PEOPLE: Many people need help. A cheery smile and a helping hand make life easier for others. By doing a Good Turn daily and helping when you're needed, you prove yourself a Better Person and do your part to make this a better world. MARINES RESERVE: Relevant, Responsive, Ready Any Time, Any Where, Any Task. Safety and Security of our Personnel and Equipment is our No. 1 Priority.
