TheJOE The Joe is inspired by the style of a French bistro chair. This is seen in the design with the “x” bracing on the legs and the simple back and armless design. Earthy colors are created from various forms of used coffee. The name “The Joe” comes from the classic saying “have a cup of joe!”, which creates a sense of warmth and community.

CONCEPT IMAGERY
The Fibonacci Sequence is a model used to describe various events in mathematics, science, art and nature. The Teddy was created using shapes found in graphic representation of the ratio. These shapes were joined together in new ways to create a comfortable and classic lounge chair. The name comes from the aesthetic nature of a teddy jacket. The warm tones and comfortable outer shell of the coat inspired the look of the Teddy chair.
