• Staff structure: as a cooperative business we will co-

own the practice and will not employ a hierarchy of staff. All office decisions will be made as a collective through a voting system, which will take place at weekly office meetings.

The system will allow the practice to efficiently manage the responsibilities and resources, including human resources.
