logo don’ts It is important to treat our logo kindly. Please use these examples as a guideline of how not to use the logo. The idea is to maximize brand recognition. 01. Do not stretch the logo in any direction. 02. Do not place the logo on a dark colour unless it is one of the brand colors. If placing the logo on black reverse it out so that it is white. It is OK to put the logo on light neutral colour backgrounds like beige, ivory and so on. 03. Do not use the yellow in the logo in any way the only colour version of the logo is in blue. 04. The logo should be used horizontally but it is fine to stack it when needed. This should be taken advantage of when working with a small narrow space. Please keep the type horizontal. 05. Do not use the square icon alone it should always appear with the company name somewhere even if it is not the logo name. 06. Do not use the logo on any angle only horizontal, and do not confine it to box whether it is a colour box or just an outline..

graphics To keep things a little interesting we have a graphic element we use in different publications. This graphic echoes the shape of the graphic in the logo. There are a few ways to use it.
01. The shape can be used in the same proportions as it appears in the logo at any size, or in a variation of sizes as long as the rounded edges are maintained in the correct curve. They shouldn’t look stretched. 02. It can be used in any of the brand colours, and only in brand colours. 03. It can be used in combination with a rule for bottoms sides or tops of things.

posters This is an example of a poster template for advertising the plays. Here is where we start to see Impact being used. The elements of the poster stay within the brand colours and fonts. The play name is not restricted to brand colours. Since there are often many plays in a season it is OK if you chose, to use different colours for the different play tittles and posters.
online In the home page you can see some of the elements being applied. The graphic elements, the headings are in optima the play title are in Impact. The logo is white on black. All the rules are being followed.

extensions These rules can be applied to many different extensions of the brand, whether it is for practical use for tickets and pamphlets or for marketing and promotional purposes like the buttons. Please note the date on the tickets is stamped on with a stamp on the day of the show. The red is not a brand colour just the colour of the stamp.
