Serenbe is waterproof as well as dentresistant and comes equipped with the industry’s best protection against scratches and abrasions with our NovaShield coating. Lyndon® Plus is available in an easy-to-install floating floor with NovaClic locking system with our rigid HDC (High Density Core) or as a flexible gluedown installation. Sustainability is a core consideration for all decisions at Novalis® Innovative Flooring. “We know that keeping people healthy and the planet habitable aren’t nice-to-haves; they’re essential to ensuring our future on this planet,” offered Nicole Granath, Sustainability Manager at Novalis.

Sustainability is integrated into the very fabric of Novalis, starting at the top with our CEO, John Wu. John personally shepherded many of our sustainability initiatives and, along with the sustainability team, actively ensures that every business unit is operating with long-term environmental and material health goals in mind.

The latest initiative is the Digital Product Passport. This program utilizes a QR code and database to facilitate easy end-of-life identification of product contents and pioneer the recycling pathways of the future. It is the first of its kind for a flooring manufacturer in North America.

How it works: The Digital Product Passport can be accessed by scanning an engraved QR code on the back of planks of Novalis flooring. The passport provides information about product attributes, including recyclability, contents, embodied carbon, TVOCs, certifications, technical data, and more.

This Digital Product Passport gives viewers a look at the contents and attributes of AVA VRSE, a commercial loose lay LVT product with a unique, multi-directional design that can be installed in various patterns. The product passport is powered by Origin, one of the world’s largest online databases of digital materials.
