Description
Interior design in the 40 Tenth Ave building developed by Studio Gang, it is a modern building with amazing views of the Hudson River and the Highline.
The initial proposal was to create a pre-build which includes perimeter offices, conference and board room, lobby, and pantry. In addition, it requires support spaces, an IT room, storage, print rooms and closets.
Interior Design
The building has a 14ft height between slabs, so to take advantage of the high ceilings, the raw concrete and the spectacular views, the design included 12ft doors, open ceilings and tall office fronts.
The material palette mixed sobriety and elegance in an exceptional combination of warm tones, walnut, brass metal (details, offices fronts, wall base, lighting and furniture), glass, stones and leather to elevate each space.
One of the most essential elements of the design was the wood millwork piece of the elevator hall on each floor. A beautiful piece with vertical wood and metal elements balanced the proportion of the space and elevated the entire access of each office.
Lighting
The acoustic ceiling in the offices, the slat ceiling of the conference and board rooms, and the open ceiling for the open areas generate a play of textures and absorb the noise of the spaces.
Role responsibilities
As a Job Captain, I was involved in SD to CD phases. I had the opportunity to be part of the selection of materials and the development of many of the details in the project, such as the design and development of the lobby millwork piece, the front desks, credenzas and the pantries millwork.
One of my primary responsibilities was the development of renders for internal and client presentations. They were designed with Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, Lightroom and Indesign.

Description
Interior design project of the Barclays offices in Henderson, Nevada. The program contemplates two floors with more than 200 workstations, some offices, and 30% of the spaces destinate to conference rooms (2pp - 16pp). Also, it requires some training rooms, a cafeteria, a catering kitchen and support spaces such as non-gender bathrooms, prayer rooms, its rooms, etc.
Interior Design
The Main concept was a return to Home. The idea was to create spaces that transmit a homelike and warmth. With lounges and decompressing spaces, the intention was to provide multiple work environments.
The re-interpretation of the surrounding environment of the desert created the color palette— the dunes and rocks of Nevada contrast with the colored sky of the sunrise and sunset times.
The combination of terracotta, oranges, violets, some light greens, camel, yellow, cream, ivory, walnut wood, clay stucco, bronze metal and traditional textiles created the project’s mood board.
The most challenging materials part was the selection of the carpets. The project required 12 different carpets and could only be located in a similar space once.
Sustainability
02
This project runs for LEED Gold certification. So we implemented Gensler Smart materials to track the EPDs for ceilings and carpets. Also, the lighting, materials, MEP and other systems must be the most efficient and have low consumption.
Also, the project runs for WELL certification, so we implemented spaces, colors and services in the office that improve the habitability conditions of the workers.
Role responsibilities
As a Designer, I was in charge of the rendering development, selection of materials, finishes and lighting, design coordination with the lighting designer, and preparation of the client presentations.

Description
Interior design project for Greenberg Traurig in the One Vanderbilt building in New York City. The scope of the project contemplates four floors. One is a conference Centre and administrative area, and the other three floors will harbor the offices for shareholders, associates, secretaries, paralegals and support spaces.
Interior Design
The colour palette was designed in gray tones found in stones, woods and backsplash glasses. As an accent colour, we selected deep blue. The tone will be located around the stretch fabrics, wall coverings, the core laminates and into the conference rooms of each floor.
Conference center: With a multi-purpose room, one boardroom, four large conference rooms and a few more small meeting rooms, all the finishes were finely selected to be the best for guests and clients.
Millwork
Interior credenzas with warm gray lacquers and opaque dark glass on top to contrast the glass around the niches. Supply the storage for drinks, IT and documents.
The food service area that serves the MPR is designed in white lacquer and wood to contrast with the deep blue of the core and the well-selected art collection; it is the best spot for gathering between meetings and talks.
Lighting
Newmats for the main conference rooms and unique fixtures for the small conference rooms in the conference center. On the other floors, the conference rooms with linear lighting follow the mullions of the facade.
We proposed spotlights and linear lights in corridors and niches to mark the paths.
Role responsibilities
As a Job captain, I was involved in all project phases, from SDs to CDs. I also was part of the selection of materials and the development of all the designs.
One of my primary responsibilities was the development of renders for internal reviews and client presentations, developed in combination with Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign.
Also, in the 2nd phase of the project in 420 Lexington, I was in charge of the existing conditions survey to CDs.

Description
Interior design project for Antin, a global insurance company in New York City. The program contemplated a single floor with a conference center, offices, collaboration areas and an MPR.
Interior Design
The company headquarters are in France, so the client requested a European style in their NYC offices with fresh colors, light woods and a sensation of clarity. Walnut woods in the doors and the louvers of the conference rooms create privacy inside, reinforced with semi-transparent curtains.
The color palette base was created following an elevated Scandinavian style. A combination of oaks, walnuts, stones, dark metal, clear floors, and atemporal furniture with some touches of color in the decorative elements and art pieces.
Role responsibilities
As a Designer, I was in charge of the rendering development, selection of materials, finishes and lighting and preparation of client presentations.

Interior design for a film producer in New York City
The program contemplates as the main space an screening room to project the films and ads to the clients. The main idea was to complement the space with a beautiful reception, catering, gathering space and a renovated pantry to create the best space to launch the films and celebrate.
Interior Design
The Main concept was to create a modern and subtle art deco having the green copper as a reference with touches of brass, warm greys and woods.
The color palette base takes deep green and mint as the accent colors to balance the spaces. The combination of light and dark woods warms up the space and brings elegance to the ensemble.
Beautiful light fixtures with brass, mixed with the sparkles of rose and mint around the space, set the palette’s color and bring the Art Deco to our time.
Role responsibilities
As a Designer, I was in charge of the rendering development, selection of materials, finishes and lighting, design coordination with the lighting designer and furniture vendors and finally, the preparation of the client presentations.

Description.
The competition was the renovation of laboratories and campuses for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies. The goal was to create open collaboration and community spaces on two floors of 1 of the campus’s four buildings.
The program included leadership hubs, a library, a botanical room, conference rooms and multipurpose rooms, a reception, a patio, and all the open collaboration areas.
1st floor
The Intention for the first floor was to create a series of open and closed spaces that can improve the collaboration between peers and give them the opportunities to have different environments where they can work in groups or individually.
In Heart One, you find a cafe/bar and a cafeteria close to the reception to create a more flexible and casual environment for the workers and visitors, with the possibility for close or open collaboration; the first floor has a mix of environments and spaces, some of them are the patio, the library, the conference rooms, the MPR, the booths, the cafeteria, the botanical room, the hubs, and finally all the lounges areas. All are different in capacity, furniture, lighting, relation with the exterior, openness, etc.
2nd floor
On the second floor, the primary strategy was to create an exclusive area for leadership collaboration. From the beginning, the design focused on creating a VIP lounge for the seniors, elevated meeting spaces, and open collaboration where privacy and elegance mix to create a perfect environment for visitors and leadership.
The Hub include private executive offices, multimedia conferences, board rooms, conference rooms, phone rooms, executive workstations, lounges, a cafe bar, mail rooms and a receptionist.
Role Responsibilities.
In this project, the design was created in collaboration. I was in charge at the beginning of the leadership hub and in the second phase of the Library and the Heart One.
My main task was developing the Revit model and the renders for the client’s presentation.
