Audio / SFX: Office NATSOT in background. VO: “The turnover in our IT department is really high. I mean we get a new IT team every couple of years, but it’s only because Management keeps replacing them all the time right?” “Exactly.” “It’s a vicious circle.”

Audio / SFX: Office NATSOT. Mouse trap hits plastic. VO: “There’s this nice little place near the...NO!! Ohh DUDE! What the hell?!”

Audio / SFX: “Our boss decided we all needed a ‘team building exercise’ to ‘boost morale’. So we worked with IT to resolve our issues and then posted the videos on YouTube, and it’s really helped to increase productivity”.
