This set of houses was made in second year as an analysis of different type of houses. It was developed on 2015 with Anton Capitel Studio. The first house is dedicated to artists. Located near the center of Madrid, this project is one of the most educative one done up to now. This serie of houses is a study of the individual housing. The starting point was with the one floor type, trying to fit in a 6-meter crunch. When completed, the next step was the two floor house and afterwards the third floor house. After learning the main points to organize the interior of a single house, limited by the 6 meter crunch and the houses around them, the course continued with the row houses, wtih inner courtyard or the english exterior patio.

El Curs s'ha plantejat com un exercici real, desenvolupat en col·laboració amb l’IMU, que actualment està definint un àmbit de Regeneració Urbana al barri. Al llarg de l'any s'han plantejat diferents temàtiques per a afavorir la creació de noves centralitats en el barri. Els 26 projectes que es presenten en l'exposició plantegen respostes projectuals a algunes de les problemàtiques identificades en el barri, respostes que han donat lloc a projectes fi de carrera molt diferents entre ells, però units per l'objectiu principal de la reactivació de l'àmbit. 04 07 19 21 22 12 18
