This project is about social housing located in Pescara. The site is near the sea, the climate is tipical of Mediterranean coast. The buildings are characterized by a facade with brise soleil to protect the south facade from the sun. the North /West facade is with bowindows to capture just the less strong sun radiation. In this site the wind is also important to pick up the wind from the sea and ventilate the inside environments.
