The project consists on four main states:
- INITIAL FIELD WORK (consequences of the seism)
- URBANISM STUDIED (creation of a “security axis” arise, it should be a secure
and adaptable)
- CLASSIFIED (different occupational solutions for minimize the dynamical intervention of the currently
47 vacant plots. Dividing these plots in 4 groups, two of them tertiary plots and the other two into collective
residential plots)
- DEVELOPED (the residential dividing typology one which is expandable
in case of an earthquake happens)
The offered action is solved by two different ways, the first of them by the structural efficiency (which suppose
an investigation and complexity design solution) and in the other hand a spatial efficiency (under a modular
adaptability study of the created space). As a result of these, two potential principles are used; Ant seism and
Bioclimatic rules.
