RDC OC Application
RDC (Regional Development Conference) is an event that belongs to our educational cycle. In this event Team Members and Team Leaders from East and North Zone will be together receiving information and creating strategies to make our LCs better. The positions available are: OCP (TMP with TLP experience -required-) OCVP Finances (TMP -required-) OCVP IM&Comm (TMP -required-) OCVP Logistics (Previous OC XP -preferred-) OCVP ER (TMP -required-) OCVP Delegate Service (TMP & Newbie -required-)
Questionnaire Regardless of the role you are applying for you MUST answer all the questions. 1. What do you think is the most important function of an OC? 2. What role are you applying for and what are your 3 key ideas for that role? 3. From your personal experience, what have been the most important factors in ensuring that a conference is successful. 4. From your role, what are your proposals to make RDC 2014 the best regional event ever? 5. Have you had any experience in organizing events in or outside AIESEC?
