OCVP EPIC ANDES-ECI
EPIC is an event designed to improve our EPs' experiences in order to encourage their growth, leadership and learning
Objectives:
1. To Ensure EPs are fully prepared for their exchange experience (Culturally and logistically). 2. To Ensure EPs have a full understanding of AIESEC and our programs. (To increase the reintegration rate of EPs to join TMP after X)
This event will be held on May 10th and it's OC will have members from AIESEC Andes and AIESEC ECI.

Tell us about your @XP and choose an episode from said experience, from which you had to work well under pressure and indicate what measures you had to take to ensure that you still got the job done. Why did you choose to apply for OC? What will you bring to the team (as a member, person, etc)? And what do you expect to gain from this role? In your opinion, what is the key factor to success to an event like EPIC? Do you have any other role within AIESEC? Which one? If so, What are you going to do to give the best of you for both roles?
SPECIFIC Questionnaire: • ER What kind of sponsorships do you think are valuable to an event with the characteristics of EPIC? How would you get them? And how will these make EPIC a sustainable event? • FINANCES How would you make sustainable an EPIC of two days (hotel night included)? Design a positive, a normal and a negative budget for the event including all the possible expenses and earnings of the event.
SPECIFIC Questionnaire: • LOGISTICS Design a logistics plan for the week before the event and the event specifying activities, times and people responsible. Describe and order (ranking) the 10 main activities within the event that an OCVP Logistics must do or control. • COMM What innovative strategy would you recommend in order to make every EP in RA attend to EPIC? How would you ensure a great KM from this event, in order to design an output for EPs. • DELEGATE SERVICE What innovative strategy would you recommend in order to make every EP in RA attend to EPIC? Describe 3 specific moments or activities that will make EPIC a memorable event for the EPs
