This issuu is the final product of the Erasmus Plus Project "Mediterraneo crocevia di sapori e saperi."
It is the result of the collaboration between students from the 4 partner countries, Italy-Greece-Turkey-Spain.
The schools of the Mediterranean countries that participated in the project were able to express a significant training experience strongly anchored to culture, landscape, environment, art, food and wine, nourished by the extraordinary biodiversity of their territories. This is an indispensable approach both to encourage a conscious and participatory re-reading of the common historical roots of the Mediterranean area, and to promote the new creativity that drives the thinking and works of the globalised present.The project has been able to highlight that the history of man is also made up of the stories and flavours of food: a broad and complete knowledge that implies the knowledge of the humanistic, scientific and technological disciplines as well as the wise experiences coming from generation
