This Issuu is the final product of the Erasmus Plus Project "Mediterranean: crossroads of tastes and traditions” It is the result of the collaboration between students from the 4 partner countries, Italy-Greece-Turkey-SpainThe schools oft he Mediterranean countries that participated in the project were able to express a significant training experience strongly anchored to culture, landscape, environment, art, food and wine, nourished by the extraordinary biodiversity of their territories. This is an indispensable approach both to encourage a conscious and participatory re-reading of the common historical roots of the Mediterranean area, and to promote the new creativity that drives the thinking and works of the globalized present.
