ORDER PROCESSING & MANUFACTURING: - Your order is processed upon receiving your payment. - Your payment must be IN FULL (100% payable immediately). - You shall receive a receipt of payment notification by telephone and/or by email. - Over the next 10-20 FIRING DAYS, the item is then meticulously custom-made by hand using the original cast/mold, using the exact physical specifications of the original piece (the photographs you viewed), and under the most stringent conditions and highest standards utilising time-tested traditional techniques yet employing the most advanced technologies and equipment in the business. - The order-processing and manufacturing period on average takes 10-20 days but may be much shorter if products are already available and ready to be shipped overnight.
INVOICE BY DESIGN STUDIO : Before the jewellery item is made, all the gemstones undergo a final rigorous visual examination, and using the latest and most advanced equipment a rigorous inspection is carried out of the mechanical and optical properties of EACH and every single gemstone to positively ascertain that the jewellery product is now ready to be handcrafted to the exact specifications of the original. This information is presented to you on our INVOICE.
CERTIFICATION BY INDEPENDANT LAB/INSURANCE COMPANY/APPRAISER : Before the jewellery item is shipped to you, we send the item to an established, popular, and governmentrecognised independent gemological lab, or insurance company, or jewellery appraisal company. They carry out their very own inspection of the item and then issue a final CERTIFICATE which you will receive in the mail FREE of cost to you. This is a $100 value.
REFUND &EXCHANGE POLICY: - Because each item is custom-made, each SALE IS FINAL, and there will be NO REFUND. - (A) Refund or Exchange is possible only if the product was DAMAGED during shipping and/or at the time of delivery to your hands. This is a possibility since we cannot be held responsible for damage of said article during shipping which is on the account of the shipping/mail delivery company. We use UPS, Fedex, US Post, Canada Post, and other popular mail delivery services. - (B) Refund or Exchange is possible only if the product you received is NOT exactly the same product as what you ordered. This is very rare because before your order is shipped to you, an oversight bureau in our shipping department positively ascertains that the item matches the order. - Upon receiving and opening your package and positively identifying A or B, you must notify us by telephone or email IMMEDIATELY (ON THE SAME DAY) so that we may provide you with a RETURN NUMBER (RN) via telephone or email. - Within 24 hours after you receive the Return Number from us via telephone or email, the item -- the entire package including the Invoice, the Jewellery Box, and the Appraisal Certificate -- must be shipped back to us with the RN clearly written on the envelop. The shipping charges you incur will not be refunded to you.
SHIPPING : - Shipping/delivery is completed within 2 to 4 WEEKS after receiving your order and payment. - If an item is already available and is ready to be shipped immediately, please allow expidited shipment/delivery of
3 to 5 business days (overnight delivery).
SHIPPING INSURANCE : - The quoted Price INCLUDES SHIPPING - The quoted Price INCLUDES A MANDATORY INSURANCE on shipping to your address.
TAXES : In Canada, the quoted Prices INCLUDE applicable local sales taxes.
HAND-DELIVERY : - Since these products are high-end, high-value, upscale jewellery type, fully insured during shipping, the delivery is by hand and is first-class REGISTERED MAIL. - It is imperative that the actual Buyer (the person who made the payment) is present to SIGN the receipt of delivery, or a legal representative (having the Buyer's authorisation) is there to receive and sign the receipt. - It is vital that we have VALID mailing addresses, for instance the actual Buyer's home AND work, and corresponding telephone numbers. - The shipping / mail delivery company will attempt to hand-deliver three times, and if you are unable to receive and sign even on the THIRD TIME, the package will be handed over to the post office nearest to your mailing address. - If you are unable to visit the post office within five business days to retrieve the article, the package returns to us and you will be charged a 25% RE-STOCKING FEE.
