Bianchi’s resort is designed to serve as a host of luxurious, comfortable and exciting summers with only 300 different units and a small boutique hotel.
The Greek and Mediterranean architecture offers a smooth living atmosphere With a perfect beach spot and hotel that accommodates additional space, services and outlets.
Role:
Worked as a team member in delivering the Innovation Stage and Conceptual Design stages.
Participated as a part of a team in the Preliminary Masterplan submission delivery: • Moodboards and Theme photos. • Layout Analysis. • Land-use Budget • Levels study. • Views study. • Parking study. • Street sections. • Grading treatments.
