Centers of Excellence The Centers of Excellence facilitate hands-on, practical experience in a concentrated area of study in Business, Innovation, or Social Justice. Experiential Learning Trips

EL Trips are weekend activities that showcase what New England has to offer, including cranberry bogging, paddle boarding, and glass blowing. These trips foster community among students while providing exciting and unique activities.

Ziplining

LEAP Week

LEAP Week is a 1-week mini-term during which small groups of students explore a specific topic, project, or adventure. During the week, students are encouraged to step out of the classroom, and their comfort zones, to participate in a hands-on learning experience. Students have climbed Mt. Washington, built boats, designed skateboards, and gone to Space Camp.

Academic Resources At Marianapolis, students receive the academic support they need: Advisors help set goals, identify any concerns, and monitor progress; our Building Resources and Curriculum Enrichment Program, along with the Academic Resource Advisor, supports students with demonstrated learning differences and those requiring an additional focus on time management, note taking, and organization. Office Hours provide time for extra help; Peer to Peer Tutors are readily available, and the Math & Science Lab is home to student volunteers who aid their fellow peers in a variety of subject areas.
