A bid scheme building with an atypical form of arranging, which intends to provide different modules that can be adapted respectively to the needs of its users. This gives an advantage of diversity to the locality, which gives an oppor opportunity to choose a dwelling that adjust better to requested needs. Its compound shape provides all of its six units of apartments contact with outer space through their blend of terrace and balconies overlooking the center of San Pedro. Placing the dwelling at the limits of the plot cr creates an interaction of visual continuity with the quarter within the continuity of the shape and scale of the building and its surroundings 07

The project regards a proposal
for the fulfilment of an animal shelter, lead by an animal protection organization named PADS. Located in the outside limits of a residential district in Monterrey, the main strategy of ar the arrangement of this project is to integrate various stations inside the building which will help to take care of the animals needs in a more practical way. The shelter intends to set forth to future adoption once the a settled in, and have animals are been taken care of. The projects scale is relatively broad do to its mixed used bidding. A very essential first thought was to focus on the ground floor by integrating spaces for common l activities and leading the mix use building interact with its natural vegetation surroundings in a more associative wayď€Žď€ 16
THE CONCEPT
ENTERTAINMENT
Due to the natural scale of the
given terrain the projects necessities could be adapted in a horizontal expanded way for services, and vertically for corporative ways. The design should have suicient space to pr provide temporary shelter for animals for an uncertain period of time, but still provide care taking facilities without having the need to leave the building. The concept of the form began with the most relevant area which would be the veterinary clinic. It then expanded to provide room for the dog and cat cells which are separated between an aisle that connects one extreme of the shelter with the other allowing the pe personnel to shii through the space more easily, as well as to facilitate the potential adopters visit making their way through unobstructedlty.ď€ 15

ç connects directly to the level of the street which gives position to the Animal Shelter’s main entrance. Due to the large scale of the building the proposal of the façade is cover with ve vegetation which provides a draughty panorama of the building’s main exterior view. The blend of a natural green background spreads as the users approach the facilities. The North East façade is the opposite view, which is also fuse with vegetation and in addition overlaid with vertical louvers which provide shading, and flux throughout the shelters view from the court courtyard 21

The project is about a proposal
for a multi-use space/ exhibition hall for the architecture students and staff at the Hoch Schule für Technik Stuttgart. Its main purpose is to facilitate students and pr professors experience of exhibiting their works during the school cycle, as they receive feedback from other students and their tutors. The area also intends to grant spaces where students can exhibit their models and p projects temporarily. The building includes work shop spaces in the first level and the main exhibition hall in the ground level. The need for natural illumination led to a proposal of a glass facade, combined with wood 25

The project's location is in one
of the most important sites of Monterrey´s historical center. It is an area where important events take place, and also has a big impact in Monterrey´s commerce, and tourism. The ter terrain is hedged in important milestones within its resemblance. The proposal involves an office building combined with mixed use. The first three levels combine spaces for the public including restaurants, galleries and stores. The rest of the buildings levels intend to accommodate facilities for office employees and executive suites. The building’s scheme intends to unite its scale and presence, at cha hand with its characteristic surroundings.

THE MATERIALS
Concrete plays an important
role in this proposal since it is the material which gives it a notable aspect and makes it outstand from the surroundings utilizing four dierent shades and textures of concrete. The concept begins with a rectangle shape segment which is later altered due to the dierent needs in the distribution of the buildings form. Ultimately the building intends to be further open in the fi first levels captivating a more open space for public use. The rest of the buildings levels intends to be perceived as more private yet aspire to have considerable glass spaces which allow the users to enjoy the vi view. The concrete framework aesthetic is diverged with the use of green hanging plants along the buildings slab.
