PRODUCTION AND
FORMATION RIO DE JANEIRO - BRAZIL Year: 2016, January ; Individual project University: ENSAS Professor: Coulon D. ; Other professors: Finkwiller S. / Debus L. I formulated the idea from the highway infrastructure and how it is perceived in Brazil. In this particular case we see that it benefits and services the rich. Since it resembled a safari it offered privacy to Favela’s neighbourhood, but it can now be seen from this elevated highway. In the mid-twentieth century the Favela district mainly belonged to fishermen, the location of the project is a field which was once occupied by houses on stilts. The link between Favela and the river was later lost due to the destruction of homes caused by the construction of the highway that passes through Favela Today, fishermen are facing issues due to not having the appropriate space under the highway needed to moor their boats as a makeshift port. However, this space is a remarkable urban void with strong potential since it provides a buffer between Favela and the river. My goal is to giving back this space to the Favela’s residents so they can restore their relationship with the river. There important points: -The drop-in of the artisanal fisheries sector (the most important production sector within Favela) due to the significant water pollution caused by the industries and the University on the island nearby requiring fishermen to venture into deeper waters. -An accumulation of waste -The absence of green areas and public spaces in Favela. It was the reason why the program is articulate through three main activities: -The fishing -The recycling -The urban agriculture

This public building will be not only a meeting place for its residents but also a platform for production and formation. These spaces have identical geometry and construction, 10x10 meters modules that are repeated and overlap, however, different light filter to transforming the spaces thanks to the different treatments of facades (sliding walls, fixed panels, patios, vegetation terraces…). The modular structure of the fixed beams will consist of sliding walls, this can give flexibility to the whole building. It would be able to transform and adapt to the changes and future needs of Favela. An architecture that is always in movement and that is expanded with the addition of modules creating a form apparently anarchic, but keeps its reason for being. A structure that evokes Favelas as dynamism but that is changing in terms of quality of space and new technologies. I would create outdoor spaces sheltered by the highway with the flow imposed by the shadow caused by the highway. The main flow through the nearby water would create the first water front and the secondary flow would be created by the space between the modules. This would create a link between Favela and the building. That's when the highway doesn’t just represent a barrier but also a protection against the sun. The goal also seeks to stop the distraction of drivers on the highway due to looking back. People watching from above with an air of superiority and stigma towards Favelas can now generate a new image. At one-point Favela residents are actually higher up and are able to regain their panoramic views. I was inspired during a conference by Andrea Branzi, it expressed “the new Charter of Athens". In a future context, the population will rise to 6.3 billion in 2050 (over two-thirds of the world population), that we must try to anticipate this profound change, rather than prevent. Based on an observation, "a society that lives and develops on condition of being able to re-form permanently." He would announce the end of the contemporary city as we know it today. Andrea Branzi sees the future of the city as a "Favelas Hi Tech", that is to say as a flexible structure able to be positively adapt to continual changes in contemporary life.

ENERGY Park LA HABANA - CUBA
Year: 2015, JULY ; WITH ALESSANDRA RICCETTI University: FADU Professor: PINTO DA MOTA N. / PEĂ‘A J. / CASSINELLI L. / MICHATECK M.
We can see a strong asymmetry between either side of the bay of Havana; where the old town represents an excessive density compared to the rest of the bay. This is because the rest of the bay was engaged in loading and unloading port and industry. But today the industry is relocated and this leaves considerable urban voids. Today, Cuba produces only 40% of the energy it consumes, so that 60% is imported. But we want to overturn and change those figures, making the city of Havana energetically self-sustaining in parallel developing a program allowing autonomy, integration of clean energy research, densification and tourism. New political treaties are opening Cuba to the world that in a few years will result in a surge of tourism. The purpose is to make the city of Havana a scenario not only its past but also its future with the integration of new renewable energies. The goal is balancing the bay and getting a new pole of attraction near Old Havana. The workplace is an oil refinery named Nico Lopez and an abandoned nature reserve. We wonder how to cope with a territory that today is active but end up becoming industrial ruins.

The project will launch to be carried out in phases: 1- First reinforces connections scale of the bay (especially Old Havana). Making available public transport infrastructure light: -Recover traces of the old tram that allows skirting the bay. And a network of pedestrian and cycle paths waterfront. And create exchangers, smart stations, to move from car to transport light in the tissue edge. -Implement maritime transport and public transport, in order to reduce the distances of journeys into the bay. -On the other hand recover and to value the Triscornia nature reserve and make it accessible. 2- In a second stage, major and minor axes are individualized to sew with the urban fabric. 3- In a third step, the fabric edge with the integration of industrial sheds and intervention containment tissue refinery consolidates. a fabric edge is created. 4- And as a last step, the tissue is modulated in relation to the generation of ways and public spaces buffer into the refinery will become energy park. Within the energy park, it is carried out three ways to treat the remains of the refinery: -the conservation of the structure of certain activities silos to ephemeral spaces. -the recovery and rehabilitation of the most representative buildings. -the removal of certain structures. A “U densification container permitted to exercise the energy park and also to be an economic founder of the park. The aim is that the energy park alone can respond to the energy needs of the U urbanized.

INCUBATORS
BUILDING MORENO - ARGENTINA
Year: 2014, DECEMBER ; Individual project University: fadu Professor: san roman l.. ; Other professors: Calculli a.
In a context of global city, I propose to make a building of incubators and innovation. In these incubators, ideas and projects are incubated. Thereby generating new ways of working, co-working, and informal areas to work together or isolated areas for intensive work. The project wants to carry out a revitalization of Moreno with the intention of creating a building that incorporates a view into the future yet maintains a dialogue with the industrial tradition. The building makes an illusion to a honeycomb, where instead of producing honey, ideas occur. It carried out a softening of the material of the building, where one side of the highway which is noisy, and always in movement is dominated by the heavy material of concrete. On the opposite side it gets to a place where vegetation and calm prevails; that’s the reason why glass triumphs as a lightweight material. Thus, the building is an intermediate point a link between two opposites. I am focusing on how the building is seen from the highway and the message it manages to convey. I can highlight four steps in the process of ideas in reverse: From outside the building offers different faces that exhibit the different uses. 1. First, the final results terraces exhibitions where ideas are presented are perceived. 2. Then, some blocks of workshops and offices where they carried out the execution of ideas into working groups are perceived. 3. After that, outgoing modules incubators and irregularly alternative where the creation / incubation of ideas take place are perceived. 4. Finally, the main entrance with transparency inward is presented; inviting enter / visit the world of ideas.
23
The structural system of incubators consists of a prefabricated metal box that fits into the building structure. A screw from that drawer is movable panels in order to adapt to the occupant (having the possibility to enlarge or reduce the area of synergy of incubators. By allowing maximum flexibility depending on the occupant of the moment. The incubator module consists of two incubators and a space for synergy. The modules are positioned one besides the other resting on the concrete slab in equilibrium.

CULTURAL CENTER BASEL - SWITZERLAND
Year: 2014, JUNE ; Individual project University: ENSAS Professor: VALENTE G.
architectural and urban intervention that combines opposite: City and nature, concrete and polycarbonate, noise and silence, road and river ... A building where takes place a large volume of program but with the least possible urban impact, resulting in a field of nature that expands and where the two light boxes that emerge from the ground indicate that there is something down. A reunion with nature right in the city The access to the building is as an access to a hive of ants, slots that perforate the land to come and discover its interior. Inside, a parallel world takes place, sheltered and isolated from the city, like a bubble of activities dedicated to leisure and pleasure. I propose a mixed program where you can interact with all kind of activities. And where visual or direct connections take place between the different spaces. The building is a box, a container of culture, buried treasure. A place that lives equally by night and by day, but always carrying out a logic between spaces. On the one hand the most peaceful programs are located side of the river and the loudest programs across the street.

LIBRARY CENTER STRASBOURG - FRANCE
Year: 2014, January ; individual project University: ensas Professor: keiling p. The building is implanted in the site as a block aligned with neighboring buildings to create a single uniform faรงade. It is a heavy monolithic blocks floating in the air. By creating a play of contrasts between light and heavy. The Corten steel cover reminds the road train which it is nearby. The building thus seeks to close to the town and open up and integrate into an industrial landscape networks. Along the street, the faรงade entirely clads in Corten steel, this volume as an intriguing mass. While from the train tracks, the building opens its facade to reveal its function (making clear the space of the book and the cafeteria / library / store through a large window). So when travelers arriving at Strasbourg train station can easily identify the spatial organization. In this way, the building will offer the city a new cultural address and a place to wait for train connections, which will revitalize and upgrade the station area. Access to the building is done intuitively through an arranged place covered resulting in the events such as art exhibitions and outdoor projections. The steps of his user induced to enter the building through a large ramp, like an entry in a spaceship. A walk of discovery and sensation is from the first moment; the user wanders into topography or it will conduct a building discovery trail riding as and measurement stages without realizing. There is no circulation reserved for disabled people and another for the rest, but a single movement, which is no longer, limited to serving the spaces, but it is all spaces in itself. I wanted to introduce the concept of dislocation; where spaces are not defined by walls but clearly marked by subtleties such as a slight unevenness of the ground or a glass wall. Spaces are convertible, they move, library furniture move with a floor rail for maximizing space.
35
There are still areas of the bubble to be found occasionally in the path, these areas often closed by glass walls or which contain no for an acoustic insulation and privacy. The residences are located on the top floor, following the same concept of the library there is a stable core wet and one convertible space in the workplace, dormitory, dining room ... from a mechanism drawer resulting in a storage cabinet, bed, chairs, etc. The main faรงade works as a solar wall that filters the light and control the internal temperature.

MEDELLIN RIVER PARK MEDELLIN - COLOMBIA
Year: 2013, JUNE ; INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION ARCHITECTURE FIRM: ANDRES PEREA TUTOR ARCHITECTS: de frias p. / hortal f.
Competition for the second phase of project planning, landscape architecture for the design of the Medellin River Park (Colombia) to level draft. Medellin is one of the most important cities in Colombia. Characterized by its river running through the city and into which reflects social reality. Slums, mansions, and office buildings make up the skyline of the city. So the project idea is to create a link between the neighboring districts, enable friendliness in this space, customs and upgrade the river as a geographical accident (canalize and allow the flow of water) Which will give rise to activities aimed at creating links between man and nature and between men themselves.
