The best thing I’ve learned from this seminar is to be inspired so you can inspire others and to push yourself so you can do more -DM Cabunag, SCM Leader
Education is nothing without education in the heart.- Elden, PAO President Mrs. Ngo mentioned that we should apply the parliamentary procedure in conducting meetings to be more motivated, organized and productive. I do hope that we, at SCM, may be able to apply the proper procedure whenever we meet.- Ms. Che Gallo, SCM club adviser
We can’t inspire other people if we, in the first place can’t inspire our own, the same as sharing happiness to other people, it must begin on our own self. As what Pres. Mandela said, "we must exceed our own expectations for us to build a better organization/nation." There is also a great need of loyalty from the members of every organization. As a leader, we have the power to make changes and we must start now.- Ms. Lawrence Mandras, Link Club Adviser
As leaders, we need to know how to give importance even to the least of our members.A good leader must know to inspire everyone, knows to handle his/her subordinates. It is very essential for a leader to empower his/her people and keep the fire burning in the organization. If you are a leader you should know how to listen and be open minded. Remember that you are not the most intelligent nor always have the last word inside the room. A good leader is a good listener. We must go out in our comfort zone and do things beyond our limitations. As a leader, we take risks for the welfare of our people. -Keen Dulohan, SSG President
