Cyprus Children’s Parliament : Interview from the President
Δλεξγόο Σπκκεηνρή θαη Δ.Δ. Μία από ηηο πξνηεξαηόηεηεο ηεο Δ.Δ. γη’ απηή ηε δεθαεηία είλαη ε ελεξγόο ζπκκεηνρή ησλ λέσλ ζηα θνηλά. πγθεθξηκέλα, ην άξζξν 165 ηεο “πλζήθεο ηεο Ληζαβόλαο”, ηνλίδεη όηη έλαο από ηνπο ζηόρνπο ηεο ΔΔ πξέπεη λα είλαη ε ελίζρπζε ηεο ελεξγνύο ζπκκεηνρήο ησλ λέσλ. Δίλαη γεγνλόο όηη απηή ηελ πεξίνδν ε λέα γεληά βξίζθεηαη αληηκέησπε κε δηάθνξα πξνβιήκαηα, όπσο ηα πςειά πνζνζηά αλεξγίαο. Έλεθα απηήο ηεο θαηάζηαζεο, ε ελεξγόο ζπκκεηνρή ησλ λέσλ ζηε δηαδηθαζία ιήςεο απνθάζεσλ είλαη ζεκαληηθή έηζη ώζηε λα είλαη ζε ζέζε λα επεξεάδνπλ πνιηηηθέο νη νπνίεο ηνπο αθνξνύλ άκεζα. Αμίδεη λα αλαθεξζεί όηη, ην πθηζηάκελν ΣΡΙΟ Πξνεδξίαο ηνπ πκβνπιίνπ ηεο Δ.Δ. (Πνισλία-Γαλία-Κύπξνο) έρεη ζέζεη σο ζεκαηηθή πξνηεξαηόηεηαο γηα ηε λενιαία, ηε ζπκκεηνρή ησλ λέσλ. Δπηπιένλ, θαηά ηε δηάξθεηα ηεο ηέηαξηεο ζπλάληεζεο ηνπ δηθηύνπ “AER Youth Regional Network” πξνηάζεθαλ θάπνηεο ηδέεο ζρεηηθά κε ηε βειηίσζε ηεο ζπκκεηνρήο ησλ λέσλ. Γεο ην ζρεηηθό βίληεν ΔΓΩ

One of the EU's priorities for this decade is the active participation of young people. According to the article 165 of the "Lisbon Treaty" one of the EU's main goals should be the enhancement of youth active participation. At the moment, young people face some problems, such as the high unemployment rates. Due to that situation, the active participation of the young people is more than important since they may influence policies which concern them directly. It should be mentioned that the current Presidency TRIO of the Council of the E.U. (Poland-Denmark-Cyprus) has set youth participation as it’s thematic priority for the youth field. Furthermore, during the fourth meeting of the “AER Youth Regional Network” some ideas about the improvement of youth participation were promoted. Watch the video HERE

H Κππξηαθή Παηδνβνπιή ηδξύζεθε ην 2000 κε γλώκνλα όηη ηα παηδηά πξέπεη λα ζπκκεηέρνπλ ζηε δηαδηθαζία ιήςεο απνθάζεσλ γηα ζέκαηα ηα νπνία ηνπο αθνξνύλ. Είρε ζπζηαζεί επίζεκα ην Ννέκβξην ηνπ 2001.Σηηο αξρέο ζπλεξρόηαλ κόλν κία θνξά ην ρξόλν ζηα πιαίζηα ηεο Εηήζηαο Εβδνκάδαο Παηδηνύ. Τν επόκελν βήκα ήηαλ λα ζπζηαζεί ε Κππξηαθή Παηδνβνπιή σο έλα κόληκν ζώκα ην νπνίν ζα ιεηηνπξγεί θαηά ηε δηάξθεηα νιόθιεξεο ηεο ρξνληάο θαη όρη κόλν θαηά ηε δηάξθεηα ηεο Εβδνκάδαο Παηδηνύ. Σηελ Κππξηαθή Παηδνβνπιή ζπκκεηέρνπλ θαη παηδηά πνπ είλαη κεηαλάζηεο. Αμίδεη λα ζεκεησζεί όηη ε ιεηηνπξγία θαη ζεζκνζέηεζε ηεο Κππξηαθήο Παηδνβνπιήο κπνξεί λα ζεσξεζεί θαη έλα επίηεπγκα ηεο Παγθύπξηαο Σπληνληζηηθήο Επηηξνπήο Πξνζηαζίαο θαη Επεκεξίαο ηνπ Παηδηνύ, δηόηη ζπκβάιιεη ζηελ εθαξκνγή ησλ Δηθαησκάησλ ησλ Παηδηώλ ζηελ Κύπξν. Χαίξεηαη Χξπζηάιια, ζ’ επραξηζηνύκε πνπ απνδέρηεθεο ηελ πξόζθιεζή καο θαη θαισζόξηζεο ζην γξαθείν ηνπ Eurodesk Κύπξνπ. Καη’ αξράο ζα ζέιακε λα καο κηιήζεηο ιίγν γηα εζέλα; Ολνκάδνκαη Υξπζηάιια Υαηδεγεσξγίνπ, θαηάγνκαη από ην Μηηζεξό, είκαη 15 ρξνλώλ θαη θνηηώ ζηελ πξώηε Λπθείνπ ζην Λύθεην Απνζηόινπ Μάξθνπ. Από ην Γεθέκβξην ηνπ 2010 άξρηζα λα αζρνινύκαη κε ηελ Παηδνβνπιή. Η εθινγή κνπ σο Παηδνβνπιεπηήο έγηλε ην Γεθέκβξην ηνπ 2010 από ην ζρνιείν κνπ θαη ηνλ Ιαλνπάξην ηνπ 2011 μεθίλεζαλ νη εξγαζίεο ηεο Παηδνβνπιήο. Θα ζέιακε λα κάζνπκε πώο ιεηηνπξγεί ε Παηδνβνπιή, δειαδή πώο εθιέγνληαη ηα κέιε ηεο θαη πνηεο είλαη νη θύξηεο δξαζηεξηόηεηεο ηνπο; Από θάζε ζρνιείν εθιέγνληαη δύν άηνκα, 1 Παηδνβνπιεπηήο θαη έλαο αλαπιεξσκαηηθόο. Η Παηδνβνπιή έρεη 80 έδξεο αιιά κεηά ηελ ηνπξθηθή εηζβνιή ν αξηζκόο ησλ εδξώλ έρεη κεησζεί ζηηο 56 έδξεο. Οη Παηδνβνπιεπηέο θάζε επαξρίαο ζπλεδξηάδνπλ κία θνξά ην κήλα. Αθνινύζσο, ζπλεδξηάδνπλ ζε παγθύπξην επίπεδν δύν θνξέο ην κήλα. Σόζν ζηηο επαξρηαθέο ζπλεδξίεο όζν θαη ζηηο παγθύπξηεο, ζπδεηνύληαη ζέκαηα ηα νπνία καο απαζρνινύλ άκεζα θαη θαηαιήγνπκε ζε θάπνηα πνξίζκαηα. Απηή ηε ρξνληά ην ζέκα ζπδήηεζεο ήηαλ "Οη δηαθξίζεηο θαη ν ξαηζηζκόο θαη νη επηπηώζεηο ηνπο ζηα παηδηά". Οη Παηδνβνπιεπηέο ζα πξέπεη λα είλαη άηνκα δξαζηήξηα, πξόζπκα θαη λα αλαιακβάλνπλ πξσηνβνπιίεο. Αθόκε, ζα πξέπεη λα έρνπλ θόζκηα ζπκπεξηθνξά, δειαδή λα κελ πξνβαίλνπλ ζε νπνηαδήπνηε πξάμε ε νπνία κπνξεί λα ζίμεη. Γηα πόζεο ζεηείεο δηθαηνύηαη λα επαλεθιεγεί έλαο Παηδνβνπιεπηήο; Κάζε Παηδνβνπιεπηήο δηθαηνύηαη λα επηηειέζεη κόλν κία ζεηεία ε νπνία δηαξθεί δύν ρξόληα νύησο ώζηε λα δνζεί ε επθαηξία θαη ζε άιια παηδηά λα εθθξάζνπλ ηηο ηδέεο ηνπο ζηα πιαίζηα ηεο Παηδνβνπιήο. Πώο εθιέγνληαη ν πξόεδξνο θαη νη θνζκήηνξεο θαη πνηεο είλαη νη θύξηεο δξαζηεξηόηεηεο ηνπο; Δθιέγνληαη από ηνπο ππόινηπνπο Παηδνβνπιεπηέο. Πξέπεη λα ραξαθηεξίδνληαη από πξνζπκία θαη λα είλαη δπλακηθνί, σζηόζν ε άπνςε ηνπο έρεη ηελ ίδηα βαξύηεηα κε ηνπο ππόινηπνπο Παηδνβνπιεπηέο. Η θύξηα δξαζηεξηόηεηα ηνπο είλαη ε εθπξνζώπεζε ηεο Παηδνβνπιήο όηαλ ρξεηάδεηαη.

Πηζηεύεηο όηη ε Παηδνβνπιή έρεη ζπκβάιεη ζηελ νπζηώδε εκπινθή ησλ παηδηώλ ζηε δηαδηθαζία ιήςεο απνθάζεσλ γηα ζέκαηα πνπ η’ αθνξνύλ ; Ναη, παξαδείγκαηνο ράξε εγώ πξνζσπηθά έλησζα όηη είρα πνιιά λα πσ αιιά δελ ππήξρε θαλείο γηα λα κε αθνύζεη. ηελ Παηδνβνπιή ππάξρνπλ άηνκα γηα λα κε αθνύζνπλ αιιά θαη γηα λα κε θαζνδεγήζνπλ όζν αθνξά ζηνλ ηξόπν κε ηνλ νπνίν εθθξάδσ ηε γλώκε κνπ, δειαδή λα κελ είκαη απόιπηε θαη λα πξνζπαζώ λα βιέπσ δηάθνξεο πηπρέο ελόο ζέκαηνο. Μέζσ ηεο Παηδνβνπιήο αθνύνληαη πνιιέο ηδέεο γηα δηάθνξα ζέκαηα. Μαζαίλεηο λα είζαη πην δηαιιαθηηθόο αθνύνληαο ηελ άπνςε ηνπ άιινπ. Σα παηδηά αληηιακβάλνληαη όηη δελ είλαη πνιίηεο κόλν ηνπ αύξην αιιά θαη ηνπ ζήκεξα, επνκέλσο πξέπεη λα γλσξίδνπλ ηα δηθαηώκαηα ηνπο θαη λα εκπιέθνληαη ελεξγά ζηα θνηλά. Οη ελήιηθεο ζα πξέπεη λα δώζνπλ ηελ επθαηξία ζηα παηδηά λα εθθξαζηνύλ θαη λα εκπιαθνύλ ζηα θνηλά δηόηη όηαλ δνζεί θσλή ζηα παηδηά ηόηε απηά κπνξνύλ λα θάλνπλ πνιιά πξάγκαηα. Πώο αμηνπνηνύληαη ηα πνξίζκαηα ηεο Παηδνβνπιήο; Αμίδεη λα αλαθεξζεί όηη, ν Θεζκόο ηεο Δπηηξόπνπ γηα ηα Γηθαηώκαηα ηνπ Παηδηνύ δεκηνπξγήζεθε κεηά από "απαίηεζε" ηεο Παηδνβνπιήο θαη ηεο Παγθύπξηαο πληνληζηηθήο Δπηηξνπήο Πξνζηαζίαο θαη Δπεκεξίαο ηνπ Παηδηνύ. Απηό, από κόλν ηνπ δείρλεη όηη ε Παηδνβνπιή κπνξεί κέζσ ηεο ζπκκεηνρήο λα αζθήζεη πίεζε ζηα θέληξα ιήςεο απνθάζεσλ, πξνσζώληαο ηα δηθαηώκαηα ηνπ παηδηνύ. Η Παηδνβνπιή πξνσζεί ηηο απνθάζεηο ηηο νπνίεο έρεη ιάβεη κέζσ εθδειώζεσλ, όπνπ ελεκεξώλεη ην θνηλό γηα ηνλ ηξόπν ιεηηνπξγίαο ηεο Παηδνβνπιήο. Αθόκε, νη εθζέζεηο δηαβάδνληαη ζηε Βνπιή ησλ Αληηπξνζώπσλ θαη δεκνζηεύνληαη ζηνλ ηύπν. Με πνην ηξόπν κπνξεί θάπνηνο ελήιηθαο λα εκπιαθεί εζεινληηθά; Έλα από ηα ζέκαηα ηεο επαξρηαθήο έθζεζεο ηεο Λεπθσζίαο ήηαλ ν εζεινληηζκόο θαη ε θνηλσλία ησλ πνιηηώλ. Οη ελήιηθεο κπνξνύλ λα βνεζήζνπλ ην έξγν ηεο Παηδνβνπιήο κε πάξα πνιινύο ηξόπνπο, όπσο π.ρ. πξνζθέξνληαο έλα εθπαηδεπηηθό ζεκηλάξην. Τα πξαθηηθά ηεο Παηδνβνπιήο βξίζθνληαη ζηελ ηζηνζειίδα ηεο Κππξηαθήο Βνπιήο Η Παηδνβνπιή ζπκκεηείρε ζε ζεκηλάξην εθπαίδεπζεο ζηηο Βξπμέιιεο ην θαινθαίξη ηνπ 2010. Γεο ην ζρεηηθό βίληεν ΔΓΩ

Cyprus Children Parliament : Interview from one a children parliament member-Part A The Cyprus Children's Parliament was established in 2000 in order to involve the children in the decision making process for topics that directly concern them. It was officially set up in November of 2001.In the beginning, it was convened only once a year Cyprus as an event of the annual Children's Week. Later, the Children's Parliament has been Children’s established as a standing body and operates throughout the year, not only during the Parliament annual Children's Week. In the Cyprus Children’s Parliament immigrants participate, as well. It is remarkable that the foundation and establishment of the Children's Parliament is one of the achievements of the Pancyprian Coordinating Committee for the Protection and Welfare of Children. Hello Chrystalla, thank you for accepting our invitation and welcome to the Eurodesk’s office. Firstly, could you please introduce yourself? My name is Chrystalla Chatzigeorgiou, I come from Mitsero, I'm 15 years old and I am in the first grade of Apostolos Markos Lyceum. I am involved with the Children's Parliament since the December of 2010.Firstly, I was elected by my school and in January of 2011 the working groups of the Children's parliament were launched . Pancyprian Could you please explain us the working method of the Children's Parliament? For Coordinating instant, how are the members elected and which are their main activities? Commitee for the Protection Each school elects two persons, one member of the parliament and one substitute deputy. The Children Parliament has 80 seats, after the Turkish invasion, the number of and Welfare of the seats were reduced to 56.The members of the Children's Parliament of each district Children convene twice a month. Then, all the members of the Children's Parliament convene once a month. In the district and in the pancyprian conference we discuss topics that directly concern us and we come to some conclusions. This year our topic was "Discrimination and racism and their impact on children" .The members of the Children Parliament should be active and willing. Furthermore, they should have a proper behavior, which means not to do something that may provoke someone. How many are the maximum terms of office? Each member of the Children's Parliament can be in office for only one term that lasts two years, which gives the chance also to other children to express their ideas under the framework of the Children's Parliament. Concerning the president and the rectors, how are they elected and which are their activities? They are elected by the other members of the Children's Parliament. They should be willing and dynamic, however, their opinion is not more important than the opinion of the other members of the Children's Parliament. Their main activity is to represent the Children's Parliament if it is necessary.

Cyprus Children Parliament : Interview from one a children parliament member-Part B According to you, the Children’s Parliament, involves directly the children in the decision making process for topics that concern them? Yes, for example, personally, I was feeling that I had many things to say but there was nobody to hear me. In the Children's Parliament, there are people to hear me and also to guide me concerning the way I express my view, which means not to be absolute and perceive other perspectives of one topic. A lot of ideas for various topics are heart through the Children's Parliament. You learn to be more open-minded and listen to the opinion of the others. Children realize that they are citizens for now and for the future, so, they should be aware of their rights and be active citizens. The adults should give the chance to the children to express their views and involve them in the public life because, if the children have voice they can do many things. After the children’s parliament conference, how are it’s decisions used? It should be mentioned that the Institution of the Commissioner for the Children's Rights was launched after a "claim" of the Children's Parliament and of the Pancyprian Coordinating Committee for the Protection and Welfare of Children. This shows that the Children's Parliament may , through the participation, influence the decision making institutions. The Children's Parliament promotes the decisions that have been taken and also informs the general public through events. Moreover, the reports are read in the House of Representatives and are published, as well. How could the adults be involved voluntarily? One of the topics of Nicosia's district report was the volunteerism and the civil society. The adults may help in various ways, such us offering trainings.

Καηά ηε δηάξθεηα ηεο 19εο Γηεζλνύο Δθπαηδεπηηθή Έθζεζε ζηε Λεπθσζία, ζηηο 17-19 Φεβξνπαξίνπ 2012 ζα ππάξρεη πεξίπηεξν ηεο θακπάληαο "Νενιαία ζε Κίλεζε", όπνπ νη λένη ζα κπνξνύλ λα πιεξνθνξεζνύλ ζρεηηθά κε επθαηξίεο θαη πξνγξάκκαηα πνπ ππάξρν“Νενιαία ζε Κίλεζε” πλ ζηελ Δπξώπε ζηνλ ηνκέα ηεο εθπαίδεπζεο, ηνπ εζεινληηζκνύ θαη ηεο εξγαζίαο ζην Πξνγξάκκαηα εμσηεξηθό. Αθόκε, ζα ππάξμεη ζπδήηεζε κε άηνκα πνπ έρνπλ ήδε επσθειεζεί από Κηλεηηθόηεηαο πξνγξάκκαηα ηεο Δ.Δ. θαζώο επίζεο θαη παξνπζίαζε ησλ πξνγξακκάησλ Erasmus, ζηελ Δπξώπε Leonardo Da Vinci, Νέα Γεληά ζε Γξάζε, Grundtvig θαη άιισλ επξσπατθώλ πξνγξακκάησλ. Αμίδεη λα αλαθεξζεί όηη θαη ην Eurodesk Κύπξνπ ζα δώζεη ην παξόλ ηνπ ελεκεξώλνληαο ηνπο λένπο γηα δηάθνξεο επθαηξίεο πνπ ππάξρνπλ ζηελ Δπξώπε.
“Youth on the move” event The European Union’s campaign “Youth on the Move” aims to the enhancement of mobility in Europe in the fields of education, training and work. The European Union encourages young people to benefit from scholarships given for study, train and work in other European countries in order to make easier the transition from education to the labour market. The campaign is part of the EU’s growth strategy “Europe 2020”. During the 19th International Education Fair in Nicosia, on 17-19 February 2012, there will “Youth on the move” be a stand for the “Youth on the Move” campaign where the young people may be inMobility formed about opportunities and programmes in Europe in the fields of studies, Programmes volunteerism and work abroad. Moreover, there’s going to be a discussion with people in Europe who have already benefited from EU programmes and also a presentation of Erasmus, Leonardo Da Vinci, Youth in Action, Grundtvig and other European programmes. The Eurodesk Cyprus is going to be in the event and is going to disseminate information to young people about opportunities in Europe, as well.

Κέληξν Σηήξημεο κε Κπβεξλεηηθώλ Οξγαλώζεσλ: “Civil Society Matters Media Campaign” Από ηνλ Οθηώβξην ηνπ 2008 ην Κέληξν ηήξημεο Με-Κπβεξλεηηθώλ Οξγαλώζεσλ έρεη αλαπηύμεη ζπλεξγαζία κε νξηζκέλα θππξηαθά ΜΜΔ κε ζηόρν ηελ ελδπλάκσζε ηεο θνηλσλίαο ησλ πνιηηώλ ζηελ Κύπξν. ηελ εβδνκαδηαία εκίσξε εθπνκπή ηνπ ΑΣΡΑ 92.8 "Η θνηλσλία ησλ πνιηηώλ" έρνπλ θηινμελεζεί κέρξη ζηηγκήο 45 νξγαλώζεηο θνηλσλίαο ησλ πνιηηώλ θαη άηνκα ηα νπνία εξγάδνληαη ζην ηνκέα ησλ Με-Κπβεξλεηηθώλ Οξγαλώζεσλ, θαζώο επίζεο θαη εζεινληέο. ηηο εθεκεξίδεο "Αιήζεηα" θαη "Πνιίηεο" ε θνηλσλία ησλ πνιηηώλ έρεη ηε δηθή ηεο ζηήιε, όπνπ θηινμελνύληαη απόςεηο ησλ πνιηηώλ θαη νξγαλώζεσλ θνηλσλίαο ησλ πνιηηώλ. NGO Support Centre Civil Society Matters Media Campaign Since the October of 2008 the NGO Support Centre has launched a cooperation with some Cypriot media in order to empower the Cyprus civil society. The half-hour weekly radio show "Civil Society-Be an active citizen", the ASTRA 92.8 has hosted until now 45 civil society organizations and people who work in the NGO sector and other volunteers as well. In the newspapers "Alithia" and "Politis" the civil society has its own column, where the views of the public and civil society organizations, are hosted . Καιέο Πξαθηηθέο ζε Τνπηθό Δπίπεδν (2) “Γηαζηαπξώλνληαο Σύλνξα γηα κηα θαιύηεξε Δπξώπε” Σν Κέληξν Νεόηεηαο Αγξνύ έρεη πινπνηήζεη ηελ αληαιιαγή λέσλ “Γηαζηαπξώλνληαο ύλνξα γηα κηα θαιύηεξε Δπξώπε” (δξάζε 1.1 - Πξόγξακκα Νέα Γεληά ζε Γξάζε), ζηνλ Αγξό, κεηαμύ 2-13 Ινπλίνπ 2011. ην πξόγξακκα ζπκκεηείραλ 50 λένη από 10 ρώξεο ηεο Δπξώπεο. Η θύξηα ζεκαηηθή ηεο αληαιιαγήο ήηαλ ν Γηαπνιηηηζκηθόο δηάινγνο κεηαμύ ησλ λέσλ ηεο Δπξώπεο θαη ε πνιππνιηηηζκηθόηεηα. Μέζσ δηαθόξσλ εξγαζηεξίσλ, δηαιέμεσλ, ζπδεηήζεσλ θαη άιισλ δξαζηεξηνηήησλ νη λένη είραλ ηελ επθαηξία λα αληαιιάμνπλ απόςεηο πάλσ ζε δεηήκαηα ηα νπνία απαζρνινύλ ηε λέα γεληά όπσο αλεξγία, λαξθσηηθά, βία, AIDS, αλζξώπηλα δηθαηώκαηα, μελνθνβία, θνηλσληθόο απνθιεηζκόο θαη ηζόηεηα. Αμίδεη λα αλαθεξζεί όηη ζηελ νκάδα ησλ εθπαηδεπηώλ ήηαλ θαη δύν εζειόληξηεο από ηελ Απζηξία, νη νπνίεο πξνζέθεξαλ ηηο ππεξεζίεο ηνπο εζεινληηθά ζην Κέληξν Νεόηεηαο Αγξνύ, ζηα πιαίζηα ηεο ‘’Δπξσπατθήο Δζεινληηθήο Τπεξεζίαο’’. Οη ζπκκεηέρνληεο ηεο αληαιιαγήο/The participants of the youth exchange
Good Practices at a local level (2) National Agency of “Crossing Borders for a better Europe” the Youth in Action The Agros Youth Club implemented the youth exchange "Cross borders for a better Programme Europe" (action 1.1-Youth in Action Programme), in Agros, between 2-13 June 2011. In that project, 50 youngsters from 10 European countries participated. The main theme of the exchange was the Intercultural dialogue amongst young people in Europe and the multiculturalism. Through workshops, discussions and other activities, the participants had the opportunity to discuss and exchange views about problems they face, such as, unemployment, violence, AIDS, human rights, xenophobia, exclusion and equality . It should be mentioned that two of the trainers were the Austrian EVS volunteers who offered their services to the Agros Youth Club. Watch the video HERE

Δγρεηξίδηα γηα άηνκα πνπ εξγάδνληαη κε λένπο θαη εθπαηδεπηέο λενιαίαο Σα άηνκα πνπ εξγάδνληαη κε λένπο θαη νη εθπαηδεπηέο λενιαίαο κπνξνύλ λα βξνπλ ρξήζηκα εγρεηξίδηα ζρεηηθά κε ηε ζεκαηηθή ελεξγό ζπκκεηνρή ζηηο αθόινπζεο ηζηνζειίδεο: EU-CoE youth partnership: Η ζπλεξγαζία κεηαμύ ηεο Δπξσπατθήο Δπηηξνπήο θαη ηνπ πκβνπιίνπ ηεο Δπξώπεο ζηνλ ηνκέα ηεο Νενιαίαο, μεθίλεζε ην 1998 δίδνληαο ηδηαίηεξε έκθαζε ζηνλ ηνκέα ηεο εθπαίδεπζεο θαη ηεο θαηάξηηζεο ησλ αηόκσλ πνπ εξγάδνληαη κε λένπο θαη ησλ εθπαηδεπηώλ λενιαίαο. ηελ αληίζηνηρε ηζηνζειίδα, ππάξρνπλ δηαζέζηκα ηα εγρεηξίδηα ‘’Tkits’’ (training kits) γηα δηάθνξεο ζεκαηηθέο. Σελ επηκέιεηα ησλ εγρεηξηδίσλ έρνπλ έκπεηξνη εθπαηδεπηέο λενιαίαο. Σν εγρεηξίδην γηα ηε ζεκαηηθή ελεξγόο ζπκκεηνρή είλαη ην "Under Construction Citizenship, Youth and Europe-T-kit 7”. SALTO and Participation Publications: Υξήζηκα εγρεηξίδηα ζρεηηθά κε ηε ζεκαηηθή ελεξγόο ζπκκεηνρή.
