INTERNATIONAL TRAIN THE TRAINERS IN LITHUANIA International Train The Trainers is happening for the 4th time in Lithuania and has been setting standard that are hard to beat. The conference happens in Lithuanias’s green nature in the middle of the forests and lakes. Next to its environment, the conference has been gathering internationals to train and lear, not only about professional development but also personal. This track for everyone who have not been in iTtT before, has delivered less than 10 hours of trainings or who have not received a qualitative educations about training delivery. Basic track will definitely help you to understand how to do that, will suggest you “tips and tricks” and more. Theory-practice-feedback - that is the way we will ensure you take everything is possible from here.
This track is for people who have already tasted that specific taste of facilitating and want to know more and become more advanced in it. Do you want to create more advanced content? Be more flexible, have more control over your audience or improve in other areas? Or maybe get to know what agenda or conference manager’s work looks like? In that case, this is a track you do not want to miss.
