During the Summer National Conference of AIESEC in Serbia we will have the opportunity to work with two of our main partners in the entity: Coca Cola Hellenic and Telenor Serbia. This two representatives from national partnership group will work with delegates during Developing Leaders Day (DLD), the third day of the conference. This part has the goal to educate, inspire and motivate members of our organization in order to fulfill our organizational role, but also role as young leaders in the society. Experience and knowledge that we will gain through workshops with top managers creates unique value and prepare us for dynamic business surrounding that we will be part of in the future. We will have a chance to get to know how international companies work and what are the main challenges that managers face in daily activities. On DLD we will point out what are the key values of the eight years-long partnership with Coca Cola Hellenic and Telenor.
Developing Leaders Day Developing Leaders Day (DLD) was created for the first time on global level with 3 most significant global AIESEC partners in that moment. 7 years ago, first event of this kind was organized on Summer National Conference in Serbia and since then Developing Leaders Day is realized every year with our two corporate partners – Coca Cola Hellenic and Telenor. These companies share the same values as our organization and together we are able to create more young leaders in order to shape a better future for society around us.
Theme: Customer Centricity. What about Customer Centricity? Creating a positive consumer experience at the point of sale and post-sale. A customer-centric approach can add value to a organization by enabling it to differentiate itself from competitors who do not offer the same experience. What to expect from DLD? Developing Leaders Day is a unique opportunity during the national Conference and AIESEC experience in general for all the delegates to get in touch and participate in workshops with business leaders, experts and managers from our partner companies – Coca Cola Hellenic and Telenor. This year Developing Leaders Day is consisted of 3 parts: Personal test about Costumer Centricity approach for all serbian delegates (You will receive this test directly from Coca Cola Hellenic) We appologize to the internationals, the company performs this testing in serbian language
Case Study - delegates will be divided into teams and will be working with managers both from Coca Cola Hellenic and Telenor on finding solutions for real-life problems that every company and organization is facing. Career Path – delegates will have opportunity to have conversations with managers from two companies, ask questions about their work experience, careers and company’s business and get useful advices from them.
