Introduction “I am a gregarious person with a keen interest in visual arts, fashion and design. I am also fascinated by what motivates people’s behaviour and tend to look for the nuances in communications which lie behind the obvious. In my career to date, I have found a natural empathy with the creative process and a real sense of reward in providing direction and helping to spark ideas. I am self-motivated, enjoy working hard and I strive for efficiency in what I deliver internally and externally. I consider myself as a diamond in the rough, a hard and eager worker. My ambition is to become a creative communication director but above all someone who can make a difference.” - M. Rynja
