10th – 12th October 2014 Tabivere School

What is STARTER 2014? STARTER is the first conference of the year for AIESEC in Estonia, marking the start of a new term. For all the new members it is the place where you understand what AIESEC is really about, meet all the awesome AIESECers from LC Tartu, LC TLU and LC TUT, and get all the necessary knowledge about our organization. Both old and new members get the motivation and boost they need to start the term with energy and enthusiasm, and achieve their goals by the end of the year. The message of STARTER 2014 is: The time is now! Don’t wait for tomorrow, or next term, or next year to reach for your dreams – because there is no better time than RIGHT NOW! So let’s make the magic happen. The conference agenda is divided into three tracks: Ø Future Leaders Ø Leaders Ø EB In this way it is sure that all the members get exactly the knowledge they need to succeed at their positions. So get ready for the biggest event of this autumn and see you all at STARTER 2014! Yours truly, STARTER 2014 Organizing Committee

Why come to STARTER 2014 Ø You will get a lot of new knowledge in order to achieve the best results in your work Ø You will meet all the awesome new and old members of AIESEC in Estonia Ø You will be inspired by others and get motivated to work even harder – and better! Ø You will get to participate in two amazing parties, have lots of fun and learn new roll calls

Parties After a long day of big thinking and hard work during sessions, you guys deserve to relax and have some fun with friends. That is why we have two amazing parties planned for you! The party theme for the first evening is: Carnival Carnival, masquerade, costume party... Call it what you will, but the fact is – dressing up is fun! So let your imagination flow and be whoever (or whatever) you want to be for the night. Dress up together with friends or go solo, but wear a costume!

On the second evening, magic will truly be in the house, because we will have a Harry Potter themed party! That’s right – bring out your wands, grab a bottle of butterbeer, and buy a ticket for the train that leaves from Platform 9 3/4, because for one night only, Tabivere School is transformed to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry!

Harry Potter symbolizes courage, faith and a world where anything is possible. So what better way to bring a little magic into our conference than showing our love for the this great story. Dress up as one of the beloved characters or simply show your magical spirit by wearing the colours of one of the Hogwarts’ houses.
