Jewelry Care To get the most out of your Mialisia jewelry, it is important that you take special care of your pieces. Here are some tips to prolong the life of your jewelry: • Keep your jewelry stored in a cool, dry place. Humidity can cause tarnishing. • Store your jewelry in an air tight container, such as a zip lock bag or plastic container. Elements in the air will always cause any jewelry to oxidize over time. * Your jewelry should always be the last thing you put on. Avoid applying hairspray or perfume when wearing any jewelry. These products will breakdown the plating on your jewelry, causing them to “wear” faster. Never shower with your jewelry on. • Try to avoid abrasive cleaners—the driest method is the safest method. Polishing with a damp cloth should be sufficient. Allow your jewelry to dry completely before storing in an air tight container. • Keep in mind that jewelry will wear at different rates for different skin types. The better care you take of your jewelry, the longer it will last.
