New gensets are fitted with a choice of Stamford of Mecc Alte. Sound shields are fibreglass for 6U3, 8U3, 6N15, 7N15, and 9N15 all others are steel. All gensets are heat exchanger cooled. Keel cooled units are available as are different voltages. U3 Controls: Key start/stop, hour meter, auto shutdown on low oil pressure and high water temperature, and 6m harness. N15 Controls: Key start/stop, oil pressure gauge, temperature gauge, hour meter, auto shutdowns on low oil pressure and high water temperature and 6m harness. With the growing incidence of TORSIONAL VIBRATION it is imperative that the correct damper plate be used. There are a variety of different damper plates, so please ask for assistance in selecting the correct one. There is a large variety of different engines, bellhousings and gearbox adaptors. To achieve the correct combination takes a degree of accuracy in dimensional measuring of both the engine and the gearbox. Diecon can assist with all of the above, so please ask.

2012 ULTRAJET UltraJet速 Model Range
UltraJet marine jet drives (water propulsion) feature high efficiency single-stage axial -flow pump elements with a variety of intake housings and control options. A wide range of impellers match most marine diesel engines from 134 to 1700bhp (100 to 1268kw) with the appropriate direct drive or reduction gear ratio.UltraJet poppulsion systems are rated for the real-world operating conditions encounted by most boats. UltraJet drives excel when thrust is required to quickly accelerate the boat, to permit getting on plane with a full fuel and passenger load, to maintain planing attitude at cruise throttle settings, even in turns, and to maintain control in following or quartering seas yet still providing the best top speed possible with the available power. ULRTAJET MODELS: 250mm 9.84 in For semi-planing and planing craft in military, commercial, and pleasure boat applications. High-speed craft without compromising good thrust to get on plane. 2012 ULTRAJET UltraJetÂŽ Model Range
UltraJet units typically include jet-driven hydraulic pump, integral oil cooler, intake grill, steering and reverse deflectors, hydraulic cylinders for reverse and steering, impeller (selected for available input power and drive speed), sacrificial anodes, drive flange (SAE or DIN), installation gaskets and seals, installation templates and drawings, operation and service manual, and packing in wooden shipping crate. A PowerJet version (without steering and reverse deflectors) is available for the centre of a triple-jet installation. System Solutions Ultra Dynamics is a waterjet system supplier. We actively cooperate with all involved parties to ensure the optimum in performance, cost, low maintenance, and best durability for the mission.
Available Options: Installation kits for aluminium, fibreglass, wood, and steel hulls. Choice of anodes for salt or fresh water operation. Rear bearings for abrasive water environments. Build-certification by Lloyds, ABS, and other authorities. Complete systems for control of steering, forward, neutral, and reverse. Fully proportional or jogging reverse control systems. Jet, transmission, or engine-driven hydraulic systems for deflector operation.
Jet Control Systems A smooth and responsive control system will accentuate the manoeuvring advantages of waterjet propulsion, even in difficult sea and wind conditions. Ultra Dynamics offers a wide range of control systems thus ensuring the most appropriate system for each application.  UltraJet waterjet propulsion systems include the above jet(s) plus installation kit(s) for aluminum, composite, wood, or steel hulls, hydraulic system for deflector operation, and reversing/steering controls. Controls include hydromechanical (actuated by push/pull cable) or electrohydraulic (single or twin lever or joystick). In addition, UltraJet units may be ordered set up for customers’ own control system.
