INFORMATION & BOOKING CONDITIONS

Pricing are in Fijian dollars on a per person basis and include Value Added Tax (VAT), currently 15% and are valid for travel until 31 March 2024.

Child fares are for children aged 8 - 15 years inclusive (children under 8 years are not permitted).

Complimentary return coach transfers are provided from most Nadi, Denarau, Wailoaloa, Natadola, Sonaisali, Momi Bay and Coral Coast hotels/resorts. Please check with your Concierge or Tour Desk to see if a pick up is applicable from your hotel or resort, along with your coach departure time. Should someone miss their coach connection, transfers to Port Denarau will then be at the customers own arrangement and cost.

BYO Outside food or beverages are not permitted to be consumed onboard SABRE.

Inclusions are as indicated in the brochure and websites at time of travel. If not stated as included, then item/s are at customers own cost.

Credit card or International Debit Card payments will incur a 2.5-3% non-refundable administration fee. South Sea Sailing reserves the right to alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport and vary itineraries and services if necessary. If weather and sea conditions become unfavourable and prevent South Sea Sailing from departing, our liability is limited to offering an alternative cruise or appropriate refund no greater than the fare paid. No refunds or compensation will be offered if weather or sea conditions does interrupt a sailing and the itinerary is cut short by more than two hours. If this does occur, customers will be able to rebook for another day at 50% of the published rate. If requested in writing, a letter to make a claim with the customers travel insurer on the basis of interrupted travel can be be provided by South Sea Sailing.

Weather All sailings are subject to sea and weather conditions particularly in the interest of customer and crew safety. South Sea Sailing will only depart if the conditions are safe to do so however customers are reminded conditions can change, and/or forecasts can be incorrect and hence we make all operational decisions based on the best information available at the time. Travel insurance is recommended for all travel. South Sea Sailing shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage and/or any claim resulting from personal injury or death arising whilst travelling onboard SABRE, or whilst partaking in any activities during the day. This disclaimer applies irrespective of cause. Group bookings and charters These Terms and Conditions do not apply to group and charter travel. Separate prices, booking conditions and payment terms will be provided with quotations and/or booking confirmations.

Cancellation fees Within 24 hours 100%. No Show 100%.

Amendment fees Outside of 24 hours, no fees apply to amend to an alternative travel date or another South Sea Cruises day cruise, however, if the scheduled departure is subsequently cancelled by the customer irrespective of whether travel is outside of the 24-hour travel date, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
