A one-of-a kind-focus on customer service helps this duo shine.
How do you help clients enjoy their spaces?
BK: First and foremost, we listen. From there we use our creative and technical talents to interpret our client’s goals and develop a design that caters to their tastes. We help set the stage for the life stories that will play out in their home.
What is one of the most important aspects of dealing with clients?
EM: While stats and metrics are an important part of the story for any top real estate agent, I like to focus on something else entirely: the human connection. I love the social aspect of the sale and helping clients find their dream home.
Why is collaboration important?
BK: Design is not always about my personal tastes but how we can help clients best express their own style. For the creative process to work there needs to be trust. From there the vision slowly unfolds from room to room in a process that is enjoyable, collaborative and educational for all involved.
Why do clients spread the word about working with you?
EM: I like to think of the real estate process as a partnership between client and agent, a shared journey. In the end, you need an agent you can communicate with and trust to get you to the finish line.
Jenn was terrific! Professional. Went the extra mile. Good listener. Prompt replies. Funny. Knew her stuff. Creative approach to offer. Elliot helped us with contacts for updating house…painting, flooring, bathrooms. He is very knowledgeable & has solid recommendations, follows up. He is funny, too. They make a great team for their clients.
