OUR ORGANIZATION Our Organization is composed of three main lines: The administrative offices are located at north of Guayaquil City in the major business center called “Ciudad Del Sol” Executive Center. Our dry dock is located at south of the city in the sector of “La Pradera 3”, on the shores of Guayas River, strategic site where our boats receive maintenance. Our processing plant is located in the Ecuadorian coast in the sector of Santa Elena province in the parish “Chanduy” in the industrial sector called commune “El Manantial”

OUR PRODUCT
Fishmeal He used as feedstock for the production of feed for laying hens, pigs, sheep, cows, cattle, sheep and aquaculture (growing of fish, reptiles, amphibians, crustaceans, molluscs, plants and algae for food ) as the best source of energy and high-quality protein, growing rapidly with better nutrition, and fertility decline.

Our Fleets The main line of business is the catch or extraction of fish, the same that serves for the development in our plant, Flour and fish oil which is sold to local customers and abroad. Our company account for the capture of pelagic fish for our production with a fleet of 13 fishing boats.
INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATE As producers of flour and fish oil, we are part of the food chain and, in line with the demands of the international market; we have initiated a process of Certification of the Standard GMPB2 in our plant located in the province of Santa Elena. GMPB2 is a system of Quality Control which guarantees the safety of the products that will be used by our customers as input, such as in food processing balanced, this is preventive which ensures the safety of food. It is a tool of quality management because it is based in the HACCP and ISO 9001. The first affects food security and the second seek the customer satisfaction. It is regarded as the set of rules of conduct, focused on the protection and security of the food which is produced for animals, ensuring that the people who work with these foods, to understand the importance of cleaning in general, sanitation, the process controls and hygiene practices. The scope of this certification is from the reception and unloading of the raw material until the release of the finished product, linking all processes, such as: the sales, shipments, customer satisfaction, management of shopping, human resources management, control documentary, etc. Now we have the ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP, as well as we are also in the obtaining of the standard BASC.
INSTALLATION In an area of 2 hectares is building our plant, the same with three lines of production. One of them with 25 tonnes nickel/hour, the second with 35 tonnes nickel/hour, and the third with 45 tonnes nickel/hour, what gives us a production capacity of 100 tonnes/hour.
