LITTLE MISS FABULOUS gets a makeover.

By Teresa Bengoa

Miss Fabulous got up at 9 am and ate breakfast which was coffee and bread with jam. She was looking in the mirror, when she had a brillant idea ! ÂŤ I need a makeover ! Âť she exclaimed.

She rushed to the telephone to call her friend Miss Splendid. ÂŤ I need you to come over please. I just had a great idea. Âť she said. She did a quick tidy of the house and made sure her hair looked fabulous before Miss Splendid arrived. When Miss Splendid arrived , Miss Fabulous ran to tell her the idea.

« I need your help. » Miss Fabulous said. »I need you to style my hair. » She agreed happily ! They got out the scissors and the hair brush.

Miss Splendid brushed and cut until she thought she was finished. When Miss Fabulous looked in the mirror, she started to cry. «My hair ! My hair looks horrible ! » she wailed. Miss Splendid said, « I think it looks nice. » Miss Fabulous didn't listen, she kept crying and crying.

After Miss Splendid left, Miss Fabulous went to have lunch, but she had nothing in the refrigerator. ÂŤ Great, now I have to go to the supermarket with my hair like this. Hopefully no one will notice my hair Âť she hoped. But people did notice her hair. She met Mr Messy who had just come from the supermarket, had stopped her to tell her how fabulous her hair looked and also miss Helpful complimented her hair.

After getting those compliments, she felt much better and she decided that she liked her hair this way. She was so happy that she ran home just to pose in front of the mirror. And later she called Miss Splendid to say thank you for the makeover. And decided to have a makeover the next day !
