SHOWROOM AND OFFICE BUILDING Type: Preliminary Architectural Design Year: 2023 Software: Revit + VRay

The design for this project encompasses a vibrant and innovative showroom for a household items shop, offering a diverse range of products from plates to furniture. The facility seamlessly integrates both the items exposition area and administrative offices, creating a dynamic and customerfriendly environment. The fourth floor is dedicated to rental offices, with one already meticulously designed to cater specifically to the needs of an accountant’s office. This floor serves as a professional hub, fostering a productive and collaborative workspace. Additionally, the top floor of the building is transformed into an elegant events salon, available for rental. This versatile space can host a variety of events, from social gatherings to corporate functions. Its contemporary design and flexible layout make it an ideal venue for a wide range of occasions, adding a layer of sophistication to the overall project. In essence, this project not only showcases the diverse array of household items but also introduces a multi-functional aspect to the building, offering rental opportunities for offices and events, contributing to a dynamic and economically viable space.

Type: Architectural and Interior Design Project Year: 2022 Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp + VRay

This residential project caters to the evolving needs of a young couple with one daughter, envisioning the expansion of their family with two more children. The ground plan is thoughtfully designed, emphasizing connectivity and shared spaces. The living and dining areas seamlessly integrate with an exterior gallery, providing a perfect setting for gatherings and leisure. A strategically placed barbecue enhances the outdoor experience, creating a fluid transition between the interior and the patio. Adjacent to the patio, a gameroom is ingeniously integrated, forming a dynamic space connected to the pool area. The ground floor also features a guest bedroom, ensuring hospitality without compromising the family’s privacy. The upper floor is exclusively dedicated to bedrooms, fostering a sense of intimacy and retreat. The children’s bedrooms are interconnected by a balcony, fostering a sense of shared space while maintaining individuality. The master suite stands out with a generously sized walk-in closet and an elegant bathroom, offering a luxurious retreat for the couple. In the rear of the house, a designated area accommodates storage spaces and services, ensuring functionality and organization without encroaching on the main living spaces. This thoughtful allocation of space reflects a balance between communal living, privacy, and future growth, making this residence an ideal setting for a young and expanding family.

URREA HOUSE

Type: Worksite Supervisor | Renovation Year: 2021-2022 Studio: Cronembold + Arquitectos The project revolves around creating a haven for a grandmother and her three granddaughters. With a focus on preserving the original roof, the layout transformation brings the girls’ bedrooms to the front. Meanwhile, the rear is dedicated to an open living and dining space, connected to the kitchen and a BBQ area, while natural light floods in through the patio.

Type: Worksite Supervisor | New Construction Year: 2020-2021 Studio: Cronembold + Arquitectos This project is tailored for a single dad and his teenage son, creating a contemporary space that blends functionality with aesthetics. The ground floor is designed for social connectivity, featuring interconnected areas that allow for simultaneous use while maintaining the flexibility for separation. Upstairs, the private area overlooks the double-height of the living and dining area.

CURICHI LA MADRE INTERPRETIVE CENTRE

Type: Bachelor’s Thesis Year: 2017 Software: AutoCAD + SketchUp

Santa Cruz de la Sierra has one of the fastest population growth in the world. For this reason, natural urban spaces have not received the attention that they require, such is the case of the Municipal Protected Area “Curichi La Madre”. It is a natural area that handles the fundamental ecological functions of the city. It serves as a weather and wind regulator, hydric processes, as well as the protection of animal/floral species and habitats. Currently, these natural processes remain unknown to its inhabitants. These areas are only going to be valued when their existence comes to public knowledge. The objective of this project is to develop an architectural proposal that intends to increase the value of the Curichi La Madre as an environmental, cultural, and urban heritage, this, through an Interpretive Centre. By projecting on a protected area, we must prevent even the slightest environmental damage. For this reason, the project should be located at a longitudinal surface at the East of the park, which is deeply deteriorated and has already lost any environmental functions.

It’s isolated from the excessive sunlight, due to the shadows projected by the surrounding trees. Creating a more pleasant atmosphere for visitors.

EAST ELEVATION facing the city With a solid infrastructure, it aims to isolate the visitors from the urban atmosphere of the city and immerses them into a deeper natural area. For the research area, a private environment is formed by a semi-under-ground terrain, which contributes to the natural lighting and ventilation of the facilities.
