The International Scout and Guide Fellowship, (ISGF) is a worldwide organisation for adults, started in 1953, who feel that the ideals of Scouting & Guiding should be implemented in an adult context. It provides opportunities for members worldwide to meet others with similar interest and values, as well as to cooperate with them in various projects and activities.

Membership is open to former and present adult members of the Member Organisations of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS), the National Scout Organisations of the World Organisation of the Scout Movement (WOSM), and to adults who did not get the opportunity to be Scouts/Guides at an early age, or to be active Scout/Guide leaders but are now willing to subscribe to the values of Scouting and Guiding.

The Aims of the ISGF are to encourage its members to
• personally, keep alive the spirit
of the Promise and Law as laid
• bring that spirit into the
communities in which they live and work through active service to them; and
• actively support the WAGGGS
and WOSM member organisations in these communities, in their countries and worldwide.
How to join Each member country of ISGF has a National Scout and Guide Fellowship (NSGF) with members in Local Scout and Guide Fellowships. To obtain the address of the contact person please email the ISGF World Bureau. For joining or to receive any further information, please contact:

If there is no NSGF in your country individual members and small groups may become members of ISGF via the Central Branch, coordinated by the World Bureau until a National Scout and Guide Fellowship has been formed.
