What To Wear To Reduce Underarm Sweating Excessive sweating or Hyperhyrosis is a common condition that affects hundreds of thousands of people. I used to suffer from this for many years until I found a method of stopping my profuse sweating. However, until you find your own cure, there are some temporary measures you can take in order to reduce the symptoms. In this article I am going to focus specifically on the types of clothing you can wear to reduce excessive sweating. 1. Try to wear clothes that work best for you- this will help you to feel more comfortable. Get to know what materials you are most comfortable in and which you sweat less when you wear. Some sweating can often be irritated by certain materials, this can vary from person to person. 2. Try not to wear too many man made fibres, steer clear of Nylon in particular and instead try to wear cotton. 3. Wear dark colours and avoid colours such as grey or yellow. Although this is not getting directly to the problem it will help to mask unsightly sweat patches. 4. Wear t-shirts underneath your shirts or outer garments as they will help to soak up some of your underarm sweat. 5. Do not wear clothing that sits closely to your skin. Instead try to wear something that is loose fitting and lets the air get to your skin. 6. Take spare t-shirts or other garments around with you that you can easily change into. If you follow these small steps, then you will go some way to alleviate some of the symptoms of excessive sweating. These steps may seem of a hindrance but they work for most people and are quick and effective measures to reduce sweating. However these measures are in no way a cure and you should not lose sight of the fact that this is a medical condition and there are solutions for most of us. Personally, I managed to get rid of my excessive sweating by following the steps in an e-book I bought a few months ago. Stop sweating fast
