Ceiling Scatters Using Sparkle Collars Sparkle Collars clipped onto the neck of a helium filled 11" or 16" balloon create a stunning effect. Freely floating on the ceiling, over a dance floor, over an entry, or over the tables in groups, everyone loves them.
It is our aim to take balloon decor to a new level by adding a little Sparkle. Even if the function is during the daytime when the lights go down the Sparkle will go on all night and the next and the next. Here we used white balloons and put the Sparkle Collar on the inside of the balloon...illuminating.

Line a walkway or window, it's stunning
Ceiling Scatters using Sparkle Ribbon SPECIAL EFFECT HINT Helium fill an 11" ballon to maximum capacity. Attach a Sparkle Ribbon, the balloon floats for about 6 hours then slowly starts to hover for about 30 minutes and then sits on the floor and becomes a Sparkle Soldier. It is a sight to be seen, try it, your friends will love it.
When the air conditioning moves the balloons and the ribbon it's eye catching with Sparkle Ribbon attached. You can bet that not one balloon will be left after the event, they will be much sought after when you add the Sparkle.

Balloon Columns that Dance with Sparkle

Balloon Columns are used at entry ways, to define a dance floor, frame a stage, they are freestanding and very effective. But when you add Sparkle to a Balloon Column it truly does DANCE. Adding Sparkle Balls, Sparkle Eggs, or just placing a Sparkle Collar between the balloons, the effect is something to behold. Here are some samples of Balloon Columns that dance with Sparkle.

Sparkle Buddies for Weddings.
We add Sparkle Collars to the neck of the helium filled 11" balloon and then a twisty balloon underneath.
Floor Scatters (Dance Floor or Room Decor')
When placed inside the white 11" helium balloons the entire balloon glows and blinks.

These are Formal " Sparkle Buddies", but still fun.
These cute characters are called Funky Buddies, but when we add the Sparkle, we call them " SPARKLE BUDDIES ", they dance when the air moves around them.
Floor Scatters - Sparkle Soldiers
These are all 11" helium filled latex balloons with a Sparkle Ribbon attached. We add a marble or coin to the battery compartment of the Sparkle Ribbon, this is enough to weight it so the Sparkle Soldier sits on the floor. We believe the pictures speak for themselves, but the effect is something you just have to see, remembering Sparkle Ribbons blink every half second, which we cannot show here.

Glossary of Sparkle Terms Sparkle Balls
White 5" or 11" balloons with a Sparkle Collar placed on the inside so the entire balloon illuminates. White or colored Sparkle Collars can be used.

11" helium filled latex balloons with a Sparkle Ribbon attached and weighted so that the battery compartment sits on the floor. Using 16" balloons you can float 2 Sparkle Ribbons per balloon. 5" latex balloon ball or cluster with one or more Sparkle Collars clipped into the cluster but not placed inside the 5" balloons, this effect lights up the entire cluster. Helium filled 11" balloons with a 160q or 260q attached and weighted at the bottom. A Sparkle Collar attached to the neck of the 11" balloon or the bottom of the 260q or placed inside the 11" balloon.
