Unidentical twin - two storey residentials with contemporary design motif and lushed with tropical foliage. The property will house two immediate families, while designed to give both families their own privacies, social connection was still maintained and encouraged through a shared lanai area and lap pool in between the houses.

Boardwalk
An extention project between Pangasinan State University and the Brgy. Mauban in the town of Balungao. Supervised by Arch. Zaldy Corpuz; a community park that will serve as a support space/facility to the adjacent existing barangay hall and day-care center, and to encourage engagement and togetherness among the residents of the barangay.
