MEET THE BUILDER

[ Sanjay Aher ]

In 2006, Sanjay took a leap of faith to enter the construction and development business after spending 15 years working in IT development. He found his passion for home building during the process of custom building his family home, and never looked back.

Since then, Sanjay has built over 300 homes, worked on hundreds of renovations, developed neighborhoods, built doctors offices, restaurants, retail upfits and other commercial projects. He has won 7 Parade of Homes awards and was even named in the Top 50 Entrepreneurs in the Triad in 2012.

Sanjay has an MBA from Wake Forest University, and comes from a family of entrepreneurs. His #1 priority is customer satisfaction, and goes above and beyond to deliver the highest quality and service.

Sanjay’s wife, Sujata, works as an IT developer but remains heavily involved in Aher Builders and often consults with customers for layout and design suggestions. They are blessed with two beautiful daughters Pranali and Samika. aherbuilders.com
