Year In Review

We’re proud to have implemented more innovative ways to reach our extensive database of potential clients and residents. With the refresh of our landing pages, email campaigns and digital ads, we were able to effectively capture and promote the Brookberry Farm experience. In addition to updating creative pieces and messaging, we brought the Farm Truck newsletter creation in house, ending our partnership with Capture, in order to have more control of the design. We helped promote the introduction of The Arbors into Brookberry Farm by running specific campaigns, creating a new logo and updating the website.

2020 challenged us to think more creatively with our marketing efforts. While we adapted to the changes quickly, our goal for next year is to establish a more concrete regimen of email campaigns and digital ads. We’re working to redesign the website to include more interactive pieces such as a social media feed, digital Farm Truck Newsletters and interactive plat maps as well as more up-to-date imagery and videos.
