Specialty Fruits At places like Fresh Market and Whole Foods, you might be able to find some specialty fruits that are only available during summer months, such as pink lemonade blueberries and rosé strawberries at Fresh Market.
Rosie’s Robiola from Boxcarr Handmade Cheese Boxcarr is a North Carolina farm based in Cedar Grove. You can find their cheeses at Whole Foods all around the Triangle and also at the Durham Farmers Market. This cheese, a soft ripened cow’s milk cheese (similar to a brie), is slightly tangy. Drizzle some honey on it and stick it on that mango and ginger crisp for a perfect bite.
Fresh Thyme One of the last things you should add to your board is a garnish and for summer, I like to choose thyme. It will add rustic glam in the BEST way. Not to mention, it smells fantastic.

SUMMER SAL AD INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
4 C Cubed Watermelon
Add together in mixing bowl. In separate bowl, mix together 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Add mixture to salad.
1 C Feta Cheese 1/2 C Chopped Basil 2 C Sliced Cucumber
HOME SWEET-A-RITA INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
4 C Frozen Watermelon
Cut watermelon and place the cubes in the freezer overnight.
1/2 C White Tequila 1/4 C Cointreau Triple Sec 1/3 C Fresh Lime Juice 1 C Ice (Add More as Needed for Slushie Texture) Salt for Rim Limes for Garnish Optional: 1 Tbsp Agave for Extra Sweetness
Combine tequila, triple sec, watermelon cubes, ice, and lime juice in a blender. Blend until consistent. Pour into margarita glasses, or your now-empty watermelon rinds.
