The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Difference
We are proud to lead the way in marketing and technology, however these innovations are not what define us. Our unparalleled value is in each one of our sales associates and their industry knowledge, professional experience and commitment to building a relationship with you that far outlasts the closing table. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is the FOREVER BrandSM. Our team members are local experts, community activists, liaisons, advisors and oftentimes a friendly ear to listen. We earn trust by partnering with you to achieve your goals and look forward to the opportunity to help you thrive in the communities we serve or wherever life takes you.
Hello!
We have assisted thousands of people in the purchase or sale of a home, which for most of them is the largest, single asset they will own in their lifetime. And in the course of doing all that business, we’ve learned the area rather well - after all, it’s also the place we call home.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices - Yost & Little Realty is one of the most trusted real estate names in North Carolina. Not only does that mean that home buyers and sellers have a valuable partner at their side, it means we’re here to stay.
Beyond our name, there are certain qualities that define us: traits, practices and values. That’s our will to exceed expectations for exemplary service and professionalism in every single thing we do. We build lasting relationships based on trust and care with our clients and the communities we serve. We partner with our associates to create an environment that fosters success and meaningful careers. Most importantly, we exist to redefine home buying, selling and ownership by integrating all the elements of the transaction into a seamless real estate experience.
Sincerely,
Kyle Tyner Broker, REALTOR®Kyle Tyner, REALTOR®
Kyle Tyner, a North Carolina native, has successfully helped over 130 clients buy and sell their home over the last 4 years. Kyle started his career in Washington , DC, while there was named rookie of the year in 2019.. He boomeranged back to the Greensboro metro area in late 2020 to be closer to family and friends- home.

Kyle and the team will guide you to ensure a seamless buying or selling experience.
Kyle’s core value: He believes in educating and protecting his clients, and staying their real estate resource long after we close on their home- the forever agent. He likes to go above and beyond for his clients, providing them with a client experience that’s unmatched by anything they’ve had before.
Every transaction is different, which means the value Kyle and his team adds for their clients often varies, but regardless, we strive to make the entire process as stress-free and seamless as possible. If you’re looking for an agent like this, Kyle is the right fit for you.

BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY wants to be in businesses that are enduring. Real estate brokerages will be around 100 years from now and HomeServices of America will be around 100 years from now. We love that HomeServices is part of Berkshire Hathaway and we would love to see it grow a lot.
— Warren Buffett Chairman and CEO Berkshire Hathaway, Inc.WHY WE ARE HERE
Title Insurance
At real estate closings, the lender, if any, requires a title insurance policy (Loan Policy) to ensure that the lender’s interest in the property is protected. To protect your investment and ownership in the property, you also need a title insurance policy (Owner’s Policy). There are no annual payments to keep the policy in force. A one-time fee at the real estate closing protects you against a wide variety of risks to the title of your property.
As part of the seamless transaction for our clients, we are pleased to offer title insurance through our wholly-owned title insurance company, Attorneys Title. Attorneys Title has
provided title insurance to North Carolina homebuyers for over 35 years. As an agent of First American Title, Commonwealth Land Title and Chicago Title insurance companies, our experienced staff and legal team are prepared to handle all of your title insurance needs. We have access to over 2 million prior policies and provide a reissue rate when applicable, to help ensure you are getting the best price for your title insurance. To take advantage of our streamlined process, simply indicate to the attorney of your choice that you designate Attorneys Title as your title insurance provider.
